I experienced Extremely poor customer service today at Sephora Hollywood. Despite spending over $1,700, some of the staff treated me with rudeness and an unnecessary attitude, especially the cashier. At one point, I placed my handbag (a Hermès Birkin) on the counter, and a staff member immediately told me to remove it due to “sanitation rules”—in a very disrespectful tone. While I understand the need for hygiene protocols, there was no courtesy or professionalism in communicating them. If you guys are unhappy with your jobs, that should not reflect how they treat customers. Experiences like this damage Sephora's reputation.
And by the way, it’s quite disappointing to see that some of your staff—despite working at Sephora, a brand known for beauty and presentation—had noticeably poor grooming.

Customer care is practically non existent. Staff is too busy acting busy or talking to each other.
If you ask for assistance, they act as if your interrupting their world changing conversation. I wish we could give 0 stars

I had the most incredible experience in the Hollywood Ovation store two weeks ago. I had a magical evening planned at the Magic Castle and booked a focus feature on my eyes (I am 45 and hopelessly out of style for a dramatic eye).I was running late for my appointment and had ordered some lashes online. I called ahead to let them know I was running late and the associate on the phone let my stylist know and when I arrived the team had pulled my online order for me. My stylist Ruby was incredible. I AM NOT JOKING WHEN I SAY THAT I HAVE NEVER FELT SO BEAUTIFUL IN MY LIFE - NOT EVEN AT MY WEDDING. Sadly, there are no photos allowed inside the Magic Castle so I have limited photos of how I looked but it was an incredible evening and I felt amazing. THANK YOU RUBY!!!

I'm giving one star to the terrible costumer service Sephora has provided. I can't believe how terrible their Same-Day Delivery system is working--there are always items missing; when my order was missing an important item, and I asked them to cancel my order for me, they refused so. As I finally made a call to the store, they said, once this is processed, they couldn't cancel it (which wasn't processed when I contacted their costumer service, but now it has become "being prepared") and even the store won't cancel it. TL, DR: Do not use their delivery service, and try to avoid their Costumer Service.

Dorinda is the absolute best. I'm traveling and left all my makeup and moisturizer and skin care items. Thanks to her, I'm able to be beautiful today for brunch! Customer service impeccable. She has an amazing personality. Thank you Dorinda!!!

Whatever you do. Do not come to this Sephora. The store manager is named Jen she is so rude HER FULL NAME IS JAQUELINE RUIZ. I come into the store and absolutely nobody comes up too me to ask me if I needed help or a greeting, which is fine. I couldn't find the makeup station I was looking for so I go up to the manager named JEN(Jaqueline Ruiz) she then screams at me saying too wait my turn. So as I'm waiting she comes back and just stares at me and then I was like are you gonna help me? And she then decides to scream at me and says can't you see I was helping someone else. She was not helping someone else. She just stood on the side and waited for 5 minutes. So then I told her that if she didn't wanna help me it was completely fine. She then proceeds to scream at me and says " UGHH hurry up let's get this over with what the HELL do you want". I have never witnessed this type of experience ever. She was screaming at me so bad and talked too me the way she wanted too which I did not allow. She then throws the products and says " HAHA SEE THERE ISN'T ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS IN STOCK THATS TOO BAD" I then complain to another store manager and they did not do anything about it !!! As soon as I complained about JEN OR JAQUELINE OR WHATEVER HER NAME IS she literally ran out of the store !!!!! I couldn't believe it. I called corporate because this behavior is so bad. I hope they take this seriously and fire this lady for her disgusting behavior. As you can see there is someone else in this yelp reviews that has also complained about her. I literally left this store crying with horrible anxiety! Absolutely never coming here again!

Rochelle is the absolute best! I come here to ask her for opinion on all my skincare, waxing, makeup needs. She has also done my makeup on my special occasions. Just make sure you come in already noting your concerns / needs and she is very accommodating. Just need to come in to try and Hydrafacial with her .

Wow!!! She should no longer be a manager OR an employee for that matter anymore!!! I'm sure Sephora doesn't want negative publicity like that!!! They will lose customers to ULTA, etc.
