I'm giving one star to the terrible costumer service Sephora has provided. I can't believe how terrible their Same-Day Delivery system is working--there are always items missing; when my order was missing an important item, and I asked them to cancel my order for me, they refused so. As I finally made a call to the store, they said, once this is processed, they couldn't cancel it (which wasn't processed when I contacted their costumer service, but now it has become "being prepared") and even the store won't cancel it. TL, DR: Do not use their delivery service, and try to avoid their Costumer Service.

Dorinda is the absolute best. I'm traveling and left all my makeup and moisturizer and skin care items. Thanks to her, I'm able to be beautiful today for brunch! Customer service impeccable. She has an amazing personality. Thank you Dorinda!!!

Whatever you do. Do not come to this Sephora. The store manager is named Jen she is so rude HER FULL NAME IS JAQUELINE RUIZ. I come into the store and absolutely nobody comes up too me to ask me if I needed help or a greeting, which is fine. I couldn't find the makeup station I was looking for so I go up to the manager named JEN(Jaqueline Ruiz) she then screams at me saying too wait my turn. So as I'm waiting she comes back and just stares at me and then I was like are you gonna help me? And she then decides to scream at me and says can't you see I was helping someone else. She was not helping someone else. She just stood on the side and waited for 5 minutes. So then I told her that if she didn't wanna help me it was completely fine. She then proceeds to scream at me and says " UGHH hurry up let's get this over with what the HELL do you want". I have never witnessed this type of experience ever. She was screaming at me so bad and talked too me the way she wanted too which I did not allow. She then throws the products and says " HAHA SEE THERE ISN'T ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS IN STOCK THATS TOO BAD" I then complain to another store manager and they did not do anything about it !!! As soon as I complained about JEN OR JAQUELINE OR WHATEVER HER NAME IS she literally ran out of the store !!!!! I couldn't believe it. I called corporate because this behavior is so bad. I hope they take this seriously and fire this lady for her disgusting behavior. As you can see there is someone else in this yelp reviews that has also complained about her. I literally left this store crying with horrible anxiety! Absolutely never coming here again!

Rochelle is the absolute best! I come here to ask her for opinion on all my skincare, waxing, makeup needs. She has also done my makeup on my special occasions. Just make sure you come in already noting your concerns / needs and she is very accommodating. Just need to come in to try and Hydrafacial with her .

Wow!!! She should no longer be a manager OR an employee for that matter anymore!!! I'm sure Sephora doesn't want negative publicity like that!!! They will lose customers to ULTA, etc.

The cashier was rude. Accused me of leaving a trash on the counter when it was not mine. On top of that she Did not say thank you to me and didn’t know there was a promotion going on. Some staffs are very nice there some are not.

After work on Christmas Eve 12/24/2023 at 6 pm I came to the Sephora store at Hollywood to buy my wife a Christmas gift, standing at the Dior perfume stand I asked the staff for help, the manager her name is JEN #117101(employee) was very rude, pushed me away, She said that she didn't want to sell me anything, it was time for me to leave, because they were closing in 4 minutes, although there was a long line at the checkout instead of selling. perfume for me, she called security and so I was forced to wait in the store and waste time when the guests in my house were going to celebrate such a wonderful holiday, I had to call the LAPD and get a police report to go to court regarding this dispute with the store manager, after 2 hour and a half in the store, I still couldn't buy a gift and I left very upset with no presents for my lovely wife!

For Jen Employee (manager) terrible employee. Terrible service. Sephora should immediately review their staff and fire her immediately!. All of the staff stand around talking with each other offering no assistance to customers. They are too busy worrying about closing the store even when it’s not quite closing time.While being served at the counter the sales assistant still didn’t bother to talk to me rather complained into her microphone to the other staff about how many people were in the store and it’s near closing time.The presentation and maintenance of the store is also poor. Items are mismatched in the wrong colours. Not just a few.. almost everything.If you need some actual assistance in Sephora be sure to go to any store but the one on Hollywood Boulevard.

Worse customer service and unfriendly cashier I stand for like 10minutes and I saw the customer service just passed and no one ask do I need assist and there's one she just assisting me with unhappy face I'll update my review for next time if I visit again

I just had one of my best experiences shopping at Sephora! A woman named Shahla helped me find the perfect skin care line for my skin. I purchased the face wash and she gave me a few samples of their other products to try. I will definitely be back to buy the other products and she will be my new go-to person for all my skincare questions. She was super helpful and kind!

This location of Sephora is okay, If you're looking for certain products they might have them. The few times I've went into this store they don't seem to have what i'm looking for. The staff are typically helpful.
