The Hollywood Museum is an outstanding museum located at the Hollywood and Highland Center, inside the historic Max Factor building. It holds thousands of pieces of memorabilia from the entire history of motion pictures, including costumes, props, and behind‑the‑scenes stories. Visitors can walk at their own pace, explore the basement, and enjoy a wide range of displays from the 1940s to the 1980s, featuring the Marx brothers, WWII, Batman, and more. The staff are welcoming, answering questions with enthusiasm, and the museum is described as super interesting with an insane collection. The building’s history is also highlighted. New displays appear regularly, so there is always something fresh to see. The museum is a perfect spot for anyone interested in movies or the entertainment industry, offering a highly entertaining experience in the heart of Hollywood.
Horror basement is amazing. Great place to find films related items in exhibition. $15 USD per person. Discounts for elders, students and kids.

I really enjoyed the place, but one has to know visitors should be interested in golden classics. If so, plenty of hidden gems to admire from Marilyn's iconic white dress to Garland's ruby slippers, at a very affordable admission fee for Hollywood ($ 15)

A fun stop for the family. A lot of old Hollywood history.
