This branch re-opened almost a year ago and is rarely busy whenever I've gone. When I have gone, I get friendly and efficient service. Hope they stay open, as it is in a very convenient location off Hollywood Blvd.

The teller ( hot latina with tons of make up on) made my deposit and before I left reversed it. So many bad experiences with this bank. They are holding my paychecks from work for over two weeks already. No one can help. Not the branch, not on the phone customer service. Just a group of people who can not do anything that the atm machine already does and even if they do, they do it wrong. -100 was the stars I wanted to leave. I hope the latina sees this message. You are a bad person.

This branch is closed and has been closed for over a year. The atm is still open for use but over half the time it doesn't work or is out of service. Save time and go to a different location.

This is the nicest US Bank I've ever been to. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! I don't know why it doesn't have 5 stars, I've never had a bad experience here. They make sure everyone is greeted and welcomed. I've heard about other US Banks having bad customer service, but definitely not this one! :)

No wonder traditional banks are losing out to digital. Standing in line for 10mins to see the 1 teller in there. I gave up and left. By the way your ATM is out of order too. Lame.

Horrible. Simply horrible. The staff here just do not care--they are complacent employees who do as little as possible to get through their day. I cannot recommend this place LESS and honestly it gives a bad name to all US Banks out there. To get into the specifics would reveal myself and honestly my safety, because the people who work there don't even seem like functional human beings in society and I do not trust them with my safety. Just know that you will get screwed and that they do not care and you should take your business elsewhere. Literally anywhere else.

I went into the bank to stop an Automatic payment to Triple AAA auto insurance and I was charged a fee of $35.00. I tried to do it online and there is no way to put a stop on an automatic payment available. RIDICULOUS! I will be closing my account next month as I am signed up for automatic deposit, and moving my business to Los Angeles Federal Credit Union. This banking fee is ABSURD!!!
