The new person being twisted today at Shell, is an odor. He made a horrible remark about a customer in Spanish, not knowing the customer actually speaks Spanish (fluently). What an absolute disgrace and that’s how problems get started. Do better She’ll, don’t hire uneducated people, the trainee could have actually apologized but nope, instead he laughed and thought it was funny. Good rhing there’s a Shell in El Centro that we like to visit , actually two of them.

No gas. Not a single pump worked. They charged my card and did not issue a refund after telling them that no gas came out of 5 different pumps. On top of that, the only cashier does not speak English and was not able to help

Most expensive fuel in holtville, fridge is not cold enough for the drinks, very little sometimes none at all variety of hot foods. Seven eleven down the street is way better

Larry and Shawn always treat me very very well. They have what I personally need and I notice that they have plenty of liquor, beer, seltzers, tobacco, lighters, and quick grabs.I took away one star because more than a few times in the past there was no one at the location late at night.I understand I went at an interesting time of night but I was under the impression that they were 24/7.Note: if I discover there is a placard mentioning a small closed window time, I will edit this review.
