Great place. Only place in town with a dump station otherwise your heading to a rest stop on the interstate. They have fresh water too for a small fee.

I have been storing my RV here since 2009. I have had no issues with the safety of my RV. What is great it is only 30 mile away from the Imperial Sand Dunes! Why drive out there and waste fuel, the storage fee is less than one trip of gas, You can fuel up in Holtville before you store, dump, get water and put it away ready for your next trip out to play.

These are really good people. We were lucky enough to park our RV here during Covid 19 and they were just terrific and we shipped a bunch of stuff to their office and they had no issues. We will be planning future travels so we use them again.

Real nice storage facility . Betty and son Shane and his wife run the storage. Ben, an exMarine and retired law ofdicer, has the towing truck. Very friendly place. The only place in rown that has an RV dump and fresh well water. I've known the staff for 3+ years

I found this place quite friendly. I came here only to dump my RV tanks, and was greeted by the owner who made me feel very welcome. Just $7.00 to dump and $2.00 for fresh water refill. The dump station is easy to access with a long trailer behind you. They have a water hose for fresh water, but I'd advise you bring your own because a lot RVers use this dump station. They are open Monday through Friday, and are often closed at 12:00 PM for lunch, and back open again at 1:00. There's a gas station across the street with wide lanes for refilling your RV
