I have taken two cars into J&M. I have spent several thousand dollars for parts and repairs. When I asked for the old part's, they could not be provided. Upon inspection, I feel the parts were not changed. Some of the "new" parts showed wear. They were greasey and dirty. When inquiring at the dealership, I was quoted half the price I paid at J&M.BEWARE!!!

Lost my DMV registration but Doug still was able to smog it and send it to the DMV. My Jeep Grand Cherokee has been having trouble for over a year. Doug work on my Jeep and now it runs really well. Doug's a really funny guy and very smart. He was able to resolve my issues and I really appreciate him.

Charged me for tune up and never changed the plugs and tried to charge me for something else that was not the problem he's bad news went to another mechanic and he charged me 700.lessService: General repairs & maintenance

Called to see the price for a smog check and he was able to get me in right away. Friendly, knowledgeable and plus being my car passed. I will be returning with my vehicles. Friendly and quick service.

Was told that they would honor the coupon even if I didn't bring it as I went there often. They didn't give me the coupon rate. Almost $50 to smog a regular car. I will not return.
