In the city you chose to live in. This store, regardless of the type of people who roam around, has THE BEST employees who are friendly and kind. The cigs are cheaper here than anywhere else and they get you rung up quickly making sure you're not waiting too long in line. I'm not there for aesthetics...it's convenient when everything else is closed and I just need an item or two really quick. So I'm not disappointed or deterred from going again.
