“My former mechanic had replaced the alternator in my 2013 Chrysler 200. The car ran for a day, but started to have ignition trouble the next day. I had it towed back to my former mechanic who said it was a problem with the ignition switch and they didn't have a mechanic to fix that. I called the local Chrysler dealership and they said the car was too old for them to fix it. I then had it taken to J & H Automotive. They said they could fix it. They replaced the ignition switch as the diagnostics indicated, but that didn't fix the issue. They didn't charge me for that work and replaced the new ignition with my old ignition since it was working fine and fixed the real issue which was the TIPS (Total Integrated Power System) module. The car is running like new now. I would give six stars if that was possible.”

“Called them Saturday morning and was able to bring my car in for brake replacement same day. I initially thought I needed all four brakes but Isreal the owner told me I just needed the back ones which was nice because he could have just told me I needed all four and charged me for four but he didn't. I was initially told it would take about 2 hours mostly for the parts to get there but I was surprised that it took more like an hour. Great and honest service.”

“My friend's car had two front tires that were ready to blow any second they were coming apart the cord was showing the belts was showing on the inside it could have been very dangerous even fatal had we been driving on the freeway or anywhere so we went in and not only did she need two tires but she needed four tires and they were really bad shape so they took care of her they gave her an excellent deal on the tires that she got and they were done replacing those tires in 20 minutes it was it was a great deal a great visit and I'm so happy that we got that in time”
