Annie was extremely helpful in walking us through the passport application process. She took the time to make sure everything was correct on our forms and she did an awesome job getting a picture of my 3 month old. We appreciated her patience and personable attitude. Great post office!

My appointment for a passport was for 3:00 pm. I arrived at 2:50 pm. I walked out at 3:00 pm completed. These ladies were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. My new go-to post office.

I love this post office. They have helped me so many times! They have given me tape, helped me fill out forms, fixed mistakes I've made, and always with patience. Imthey are the nicest post office I've ever been in!!!

Small office with quality customer service. Impeccable employees who are kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. I visit this office frequently and have always had a pleasant experience. With all the new home developments within the immediate area, the foot traffic will grow exponentially. The USPS will have to invest in resources and infrastructure to meet the growing demand

I want to thank the staff at this post office for being so helpful and kind! I really rely on it being there as I ship my packages after work when I pick up my daughter from school. It’s convenient right off the road it just needs a bigger parking.

Try to visit this location hoping I don’t have to wait long hours to apply passport for me and my 13 years old son. Yes we did not wait for long hours but the personnel doesn’t know how to handle first timer passport applicants because they ask me two naturalization for me and my son which I explained they only gave me one. Be a if I’m a citizen my boy automatically citizen too. We are under K1 and k2 visa. They keep insisting on bringing other original copy of my naturalizations and provide I.D for the kids. That’s why I did not argue anymore we got out and get appointments in Perris location and everything went smooth we just applied over there using 1 certificate of naturalization no problem.

My go to post office when I'm in the area or just passing through the area. The parking situation could be better but the post office does not own or lease the empty lot next to it which is why there's a fence.
When you walk in there are post office boxes. To your right you will find the clerks there to assist you with your mailing needs. If you forget something they do sell packaging items. Which is convenient so that you don't have to drive back home or run to a local store.
Ryan is always super friendly and helpful. I noticed that he knows his regular customers based on overhearing some of their conversation. He's efficient and polite to get you in and out but doesn't rush you. The space where you get helped and wait in line is on the smaller side which is why you can overhear some of the convo but the office itself gives off cozy small town post office vibes. They also offer passport services here just make sure you make an appointment ahead of time.
I'm usually able to get in and out and am happy with the service. Overall, I'd recommend stopping here to take care of your postal needs.

I had the same lady everyone else was complaining about and I don’t get the negative reviews. She’s efficient and witty but she was quick and helpful. Don’t listen to the negative reviews.Just be prepared with everything you need

The staff here is nothing short of wonderful and they do a great job at helping out with the packages I bring in. The only thing that stings about this location is the parking as it’s super tight and very limited in space.
