“Shipped a piece of paint last Friday, and Mr. Lane has been very helpful with mails and packages. Love the idea that mails are actually connecting people together. They also have several different nice stamp books and cards.”

She always remembers who I am and once she sees me, she grabs my package and has it ready once I step up to the counter! She's also very kind, so no problems there. There aren't many downsides and I've been living in Thornton for about 12 years and the only downside I can think of is that I tend to forget my combination for my box.”

The self-service kiosk is functional and minimizes time spent in line. Mailboxes and lobby areas are clean. Overall, a straightforward and well-run USPS location.”

“This is the strangest location for pickup. You go in through a side door and it's pretty much a big warehouse sectioned off with temporary walls that give it a pseudo-office look. There aren't any package supplies. You'll need to visit another location or have your own ready. (Honestly not sure if you can send packages here. I've only stopped by for hold-mail pickups)
With that said, the staff is always polite & thorough, but it seems workers are assigned to so many tasks that you have to wait until they can come help you. You can tell that they need a break sometimes.
Also the staff lady that delivers to my address is very kind & sweet. I'm glad to live in an area with workers like these. They don't toss your packages on the ground carelessly and give ample time waiting if they ring your doorbell. Thank you :)”

“I drive from Roseville to do all my shipping out of this Mail ‘n More. Ashley is the absolute best of anyone I’ve ever used anywhere. And I’ve used many different shipping outlets in the US and abroad. She knows her stuff, she’s super nice, she cares about her customers. I would not trust an international shipment to anyone else. Pretty rare to find this level of service today. I’d drive from Roseville just to absorb her infectious enthusiasm and kindness. She’s a rock star. Thank you Ashley!”
