Rather than the gift being shipped to us (in Oregon), it was shipped to Hornbrook, California. My dad and I got on the phone and called the Hornbrook Post Office directly and Samantha answered. After my Dad explained the oops, she advised she had already fixed the issue and it would be back in the postal circulation by tomorrow. She just knew which mistake had been made and promptly fixed it. Anyhow, not only did she sound confident, but she was adept and professional while also kindly relating to my dad and laughing with him at the faux pas. While this may be part of her job description - the kindness and good nature isn't and that is exactly what we received.
