“We recently transferred all of our banking needs to the Turlock branch of US Bank. We were with Bank of the West for many years but their level of customer service has gone in the gutter. Due to my relationship with Denny Silva in BNI, we chose US Bank. They have branches in convenient areas where we live and work. Cindy Coffey assisted us in opening a business, personal, savings and custodian account. They have multiple account options and because my husband is a veteran, we received additional free services. “Save Mart on Lander Ave. has the largest selection of seafood in town. They are fresh and some are wild: the best! I have combed all the other markets and their selections are extremely small, not fresh and they are old in plastic wrapped containers. SM Lander has the best selection in town. They have an immense varieties from east coast to west coast. It depends on the time and the seasons. They have "farm" and "wild". The seafood are reasonably priced. They are mixed price. I drive across town for their fish. They have their own seafood counter. It is much larger than Raley's, Safeway's, etc. You can point and tell the clerk which fish you want. The services I have received, have been delightful. The seafood counter is located in the back of the store. It's the old fashioned counter where you talk to the clerk about the fish and he/she helps you. They weigh it and ask you if you want to delete or add to the amount on scale. If you enjoy cooking seafood in Turlock, this is the place to get your seafood. It's clean and you can view the variety behind the big glass wall.”

“The tellers are always welcoming and greeting their customers with a smile! The few tellers who have been there the longest, definitely make it obvious who their regulars are as they know them by name and ask them how life is! This branch treats you like family and they notice how often you come in, as soon as you know it, they learn your financial habits which is quite funny and helps when you need to go in and out quickly! There is never a long wait there, no more then 5 minutes, as they usually have 2-3 tellers daily when most banks only have 2 tellers. On busy days they have 3-4 tellers, which is a lifesaver!!! If there ever is a long wait or a line to the door (do not fear this...) the line will go fast as they are very efficient in a timely matter, usually this type of line is on a Friday between 4-5 PM or ANY typical busy day, 1st, 3rd, before or after a holiday. You can tell all the tellers hustle in a good way (very efficient) to be considerate of their customers in line patiently waiting. I haven't had to wait longer then 15 mins in line, and even then they still thank you for patiently waiting.I've seen them help one another with customers if one teller has more experience than the other. I love how spirited they are on Friday's, the women here are not catty, they have a good eye for possible financial needs and definitely have my best interest in mind! They have educated me in credit card usage, ways to avoid fees, earn cash back rewards, like I said they truly look out for you and care!!! They are not robotic or act like they hate their job. These girls have fun and you can tell they all get along working and enjoy what they do! Tuesdays through Thursdays between 11:30-1 PM and 2:30-4 PM are the best times to visit if you need to hold up the line a little longer then normal or need to call for an issue.”

“I explained my situation to teller she got the manager who asked me to wait at a desk. The manager said give her 10-15 minutes to get information. I waited 30 minutes she never came to talk to me....poor customer service. Another reason to find another bank. Updated- I increased my rating because after I had left about 30 minutes later the manager,Amber, called me apologized for making wait so long, explained why. She gave me some advice on how to deal with my situation. I am working that issue I appreciate her following up and helping...that's good customer service. Thank you”

“I went it today to make a payment on my car loan, and I was greeted by Anica. She was very sweet, and helpful. I was making a payment on my past due loan, and she took care of all my concerns and was very reassuring but professional too.
