Chucks butcher shop a favorite place for good quality meat and fresh sausage. Their selection steaks, carne asada, yummiest sausage and amazing flavors. The service great and the product fresh, good and worth pricey. They come driving from Turlock Merced and still just to get the meat. They have good service and good product will definitely send friends and others to this yummy shop and recommend. Been about over a year they still go for the meat.
Still the best. Their filets (2”+ thickness) are our favorite for date night dinner. We have yet to have anything less than perfect here. Tritips, baby backs, seasonings, beer… you name it! Love the Chucks hoodies too. Great local spot that never disappoints.

The best butchers in the 209. The meat quality is top tear and the beer selection is the cherry on top. My go to cuts are the new york steaks, Ribeye , and arranchera.
