Chucks butcher shop a favorite place for good quality meat and fresh sausage. Their selection steaks, carne asada, yummiest sausage and amazing flavors. The service great and the product fresh, good and worth pricey. They come driving from Turlock Merced and still just to get the meat. They have good service and good product will definitely send friends and others to this yummy shop and recommend. Been about over a year they still go for the meat.
The guys that meet you at the counter are great and attentive and help you out right away. It's also fun to select a beer or two for the week. They have a ton of different kinds that they sell. The meat quality is superb, worth driving from Turlock. The craft beer selection is another plus. The owners are friendly and helpful for all your needs. My favorite is their prepped carne asada for easy grilling.

Favorite place my go to for all my meats I moved all the way to merced still come down just to get the meat , its good quality meat for way less then the stores
