Been going there for a while and every time not enough employees!!!. Isles are full of unpaced things hard to get around. They need more than two employees!!!

I stopped by today and bought some hair clippers. The packaging was bulletproof but the cord was damaged. I was able to exchange it for another one. The young lady who assisted me went out of her way and was courteous and helpful. She even helped me by opening the new one. The Hughson store is my jam. Everyone there is great.

Dollar general is bunk. Always only 1 person ringing people up with a long line and other people working their slowly walking by not doing anything. Self checkout never works anymore, which figures cause it was the only thing I liked about dollar general

I really like the convenience of having this Dollar General close to home. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Prices are equal to Walmart, Food4Less, etc.

whoever the little kid manager in there that's always on a power trip needs to be fired. always just on his AirPods not doing anything & rude. good thing I'm in sales and know the DG district manager so he'll hear about it

Messy and cluttered I had found what I thought was going to be a deal or sale spent time picking my items to come and find out False advertising or old sale signs up. Found out only when I went to check out. The items weren't ringing up on sale. I asked the guy aren't these suppose to be on sale/discounted? He said oh that ended last week! I mentioned all the signs were still up along the store. I asked if they could honor? I told him I had only shopped for that reason. He did not. In a unfriendly manor. Again stating the signs were for last week. I stated well they are still up then it should be honored. He blamed the morning staff. However they had still been up supposedly from last week. I asked to speak to a manager and he stated he was. I had to leave all the stuff very disappointed.

The Waterford location staff members Kimberly and some other heavy set Hispanic woman that were working there are extremely rude and accused me of stealing a freakin watermelon!! A WATERMELON ? ? I Had over $75 worth of items in my cart and I spend a lot of money there every week... and all to be accused of stealing fruit?!! It was an accident I forgot to scan the little guy (it was a baby watermelon, the mini ones) excuse me for being a little distracted and i didn’t by any means attempt to steal anything ever! I have no reason to.. I have money, and even When I’m struggling I would never steal from anybody.. mind you- the heavy set woman has harassed me before always giving me and my children dirty looks and always rude never smiles says hello or goodbye nothing!!! They seem to have some type of vendetta towards me and it’s becoming harassment. I defended myself to them about me accidentally not seeing the watermelon and Kimberly began yelling at me infront of other customers being extremely unprofessional and just flat out trashy!! I will be speaking to the manager Jackie first thing... those poor sad women really need to find a hobby!!! I’m still in shock on how I was spoken to.. not ok.

The staff here is always friendly! I really appreciate coming into our home town store and being greeted with smiles and a welcoming hello. I had an issue with a gift card and the supervisor was able to assist me in fixing the problem. I would have to say they made the experience better by fixing the problem. Appreciate the staff!

Just moved to Hughson and went to check it out. This store is on the smaller side with not much selection. One thing for the size of store they should concentrate on maybe providing more grocery items. I would rather go to Walmart in Ceres for those type of items. Not well stocked and looked like they are working on shelving. It’s my opinion that with the size of the store for them to focus more on providing more of the items one would need from grocery store.

Respectable prices considering they are in a remote location, they do not upcharge their products out of convenience for the consumer which I noticed and greatly appreciate!Customer service is ALWAYS on point, they are friendly, professional and always know where the products are located and many times they know the inventory levels of any particular item at any time which is remarkable. Keep up the good work and thank you essential workers for taking care of us! ✌
