Rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. Overall everyone working there is just rude no matter what day you go on. I keep thinking maybe it was just an off day for them but nope it’s been like this for years.

I was corrected because I didn't use my PO box. Instead of going back and figuring it out I was Just told that my address was invalid and if it can be returned it's a dead letter. Instead of having preventative actions done we send it out anyway? I know this place was bad but Jesus Christ
