“Amazing place! The staff are nice to the kids. I camped at Hume SD and Hume Lake, all in all, five years. They are really intentional about getting kids to meet God. You can feel the presence everywhere here! My favorite place in the whole world! I'd love if they had key cards to lock the dorms, however. I'd also appreciate if they turned the sound way down in the chapel. I love the chapels and rec chapels, but the sound is dangerously up there all week. Otherwise, don't change anything, Hume! I miss Hume SD, that one is amazing as well. Everyone would love an easier and safer way to get up to Hume, especially in the winter time and for those who have buses full of kids. However, they don't like any mention of the Holy Spirit and His works. Just know that. They are wonderful in teaching the Gospel, but you will probably need to go to their Wildwood program or another place if you believe in Full Gospel or want to go deeper.”
