They have long lines in the store. It is very busy there. They need more parking spaces. The service is not that good. They need more employees to work there.

Decent gift shop in kings canyon national park with souvenirs from both nearby parks. Price was a little high, but some nice items.

This is not part of the National Parks Service. Just an authorized affiliate. There are a bit more options here than the visitor center. The hours are about the same as the visitor center, so I would highly recommend getting things from the visitor center instead of here if you can.
