If you pay by cash, count the change. These weasels will short you every time

When you come to a 7-Eleven you expect the following standards: 1. Weird smells inside. 2. Ultra High prices for beverages. 3. Clerks that don't speak or understand English. 4. Lottery Ticket Sales. 5. Dirty parking lots. 6. Homeless and hoodlums hanging out outside smoking and staring at you. With the exception of No 6, this 7-Eleven did not disappoint!

The rudest employee and worst 7-11, the guy behind the counter told someone on the back that I put something in my purse (not in English) and the guy came out yelling asking if I put something in my purse. I asked him to repeat and opened my purse. he just walked away, I was so offended! if I hadn't already purchased I would've walked out.

Rudest people ever! Saying my son opened a candy and that I needed to purchase it. My son didn't open it and in fact it was already open. Reason I didn't want it in the first place. The way they talk to people who are paying costumers is wild. I will never be back!

This is easily (no not easily-no they worked hard for it) the worst 7 eleven i have ever been to. Evidently, it is a thing now where 711 only offers services they feel like overnight. So good luck getting a gift card to get out of town or to load onto s cash card. Because they all abuse their ability. 711 has made this a horrible life or death experience bc their employees are lazy

Terrible service!!! People that work here are so unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate. They lie about things, and always post false advertisements. Never again will I spend another dollar in this place. All they do is try to rip you off and be sneaky about things. Plus they also have a lot of things out dated and old. When you try to return it they won't give you your money back either. I went back there to ask for a manager but they said he isn't there. I than told him what happened and that they can't false advertise. He than told me go ahead call or report it they won't do anything over a few dollars. Told me they won't do nothing if I complain. I than asked for his name and he would not give it to me. All 3 guys that were working there none of them wear name tags, so you can't complain and say who it is. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never spend another dollar at any 711 ever agin in my life. I hope they get shut down. I am going to call everyone to try my best to have this resolved.

I want to preface this review by saying that this used to be the best 7-11 I'd ever visited. The owner was great, staff was friendly, and prices were reasonable. And then the owner sold it a couple of years ago. The new owners immediately fired everyone who worked there, and started taking the business downhill. The staff now is surly and non-communicative, the prices have been raised ridiculously on most of the items, and they brought in cheap, fortified wines to attract a crowd that we who live in the area would prefer not to see - I can't count the number of times I've seen drunks nodding off in the parking lot, tweakers having loud arguments/fights, etc. Worst of all, the male employees are incredibly rude and dismissive toward women. It was once a nice, neighborhood establishment, and now it's just a dump. Avoid at all costs.

Shady/unprofessional people. This 711 must be struggling. I've seen them overcharge/take advantage of a young woman who seemed tipsy/blacked out. Young lady bought one beer and the associate noticed she was messed up and scanned her beer three more times. The young lady seemed so out of it she still paid for it. I work retail and to see a customer get taken advantage of like that is super messed up.

There is fraud taking place at this store not only with their lotto but their credit card reader. Check their reader before you swipe your card here and the manager is in on it!!!

Owners are shady. Price posted is not what rings up. Watch what they charge they are thief's and steal money from teenagers purchasing items. Avoid this place!

I read the reviews previously noted about new owners/bad customer service and I was hesitant to stop in. Fortunately, from my first visit to this location, my personal experience was positive. I noticed the aisles were all fully stocked, clean and organized and the lady at the cash register was kind...even greeting me when I walked in and thanked me as I walked out. I felt a kind vibe tonight and seeing the mural on the wall as I left made me smile ?.

Went to purchase lotto and the man behind the counter, (owner), took his sweet time to acknowledge me and come run my lotto. I even cleared my thoat and said good morning. Still ignored me. He clearly doesn't like serving lottery customers. I decided to walk out and he stared at me like he wanted to hurt me. A few days later I pulled in to get my lottery and saw him again so I decided to pull away and not purchase from them. I watched him appear to be yelling at another customer. Again from my car I don't know what was said, but he was yelling at the lady and she appeared scared. I decided to mind my own business so I would not be late to work lol

Have been going to this 7/11 since 1975 and have seen owners come and go over the years. The newest owners always watch everything you do from the moment you enter. I bring my kids and go to the candy isle, the clerk will move behind the counter in order to watch. We Don't Feel Welcome Or Wanted In This 7/11 and Always Made to Feel like We Are Doing Something Wrong.5 out of the 6 last times we went to this 7/11 the skinny older man (Guessing The Owner) Was Arguing With a Customer and ALL 5 Times He Was Heard Saying, "If You Don't Like It Don't Come Back!"Save Your Time And Stop At a Different Store And Stay Clear Of This 7/11 at 8492 Warner Ave HB..

Started coming to this 7 Eleven back in 1975 as a kid, just outside our track. I have seen owners come and go over the years and have always felt welcome. However, The new owners of this 7 Eleven location are not so great. I bring my kids to get snacks like I did as a kid but the new owners watch everything you do, kinda' makes you feel not trusted, whatever isle your on they move behind the counter in order to watch your every move. I Get It, People Steal and The 7/11 Owners Need To Be Vigilant But To Make The Customer Feel Like They Are Doing Something Wrong is not Right to Do. After Almost 50 Years Of Shopping at This 7/11 Store I Will No Longer Go To This One Location. There's a Lot Of Other Liqueur Store Near That Do Treat The Customer Nice and Do Want Your Business I Would Recommend Going To Them Instead.
