Convenient location. Great customer service. More than mail service. They offer Passport photo, cards and gifts. I take all my packages there.

Recently discovered that the new owner will not accommodate a family with a special needs adult child. My recommendation is to choose a different service provider. No on should be subject to this type of discrimination and intolerance.

I would say you may be able to find a better deal at a live scan place elsewhere but they were able to help me out for what I needed done. Make sure the person typing in your information does so correctly.

New owners have the customer skills of a trained guard dog. Walking through the door, one can feel the tension and unwelcomeness in the air. Under the old ownership going in to do business was a joy, now it's regret and the anticipation of how horribly you will be talked to and treated is very stressful. Of course some employees are slightly better then others but the worst of them refuse to even talk, they refuse to greet customers with 'Hello' there is a women in her late 50's working there she seems to believe she's running a prison and the customers are her prisoners who she takes joy in abusing. She wears her distain for customers openly. I'm not sure why these new owners purchased this mail store if they hate dealing with the public so much. I've spoken to many other customers after exiting the store and they all feel the same. We all miss the old owners.

I’ve never been so disappointed with customer service until now. The new owners should honestly be embarrassed. I am blown away at how they treated a woman with disabilities, and I will NOT go back or recommend their location because of it. Treating all people with respect, is simple.I honestly hope the owners read this and take a step back and reflect about how they handle their business.

This is my 43 year old Special Needs daughter who fights seizures and has survived many hospital visits. We almost lost her twice and she is a sweet happy girl who loves to serve others. I have used this PO Box for my business for the past 10 years. I have seen the ownership changes over that time. My daughter loves the responsibility of getting my mail alone, because it gives her 30 seconds of freedom and responsibility. At times she yells “Bull eye” out of excitement when there is mail. She has also given the owners and employees homemade gifts and that makes her day. Today she went in as usual and there was mail. You guessed it, she was excited and yelled Bulls eye. She may have been a little louder since she has not been well due to an infection. The new owner Paranz Safaei stormed out following my daughter and confronted my wife telling her they were immediately closing my business box. My wife apologized and tried to explain but Paranz wouldn’t listen.I immediately drove to the location and spoke with Paranz. I explained my daughter’s disabilities, health problems and struggles. I also explained how people with disabilities function. I told her the prior owners loved my daughter. Paranz did not listen nor care. She told me either my wife or I must accompany my daughter from now on or they’ll close my box. I explained that the 30 seconds of independence was important. I also told her our presence would not stop my daughters outbursts when excited and that is part of her disability. All she could say after all I explained was how she was still shaken. This owner did not listen and has no heart and does not accept people who are different. This is a true example of discrimination. People with disabilities are a true blessing! I hope anyone who reads this will share it and help me combat this behavior and teach people like this that their actions and beliefs are not welcome.

I had to mail something out of the country for the first time and came here because I was told to mail it DHL and they were listed on the website. The young woman that helped me was so kind and patient. She waited for me to call my friend...not once but twice... to verify how to write the address on the package, given again it is not a US address and different. I came there initially to mail it DHL but she also gave me the different options and costs from different carriers to make the cost a little more bearable. I will absolutely be using them from here on out. Can't believe they don't have 5 stars from everyone!

I think this is long overdue but the two ladies here are the sweetest, most helpful, people I've ever met. I have my mailbox here and they literally keep my life together because of my busy schedule. They truly go above and beyond and deliver great service-- I can always count on them. The owners are very lucky to have these employees especially Annie? I think that's her name, but she manages the front with a smile always.
