I just got my car dent on the rear quarter panel on driver side got fixed last week ( The week of Monday May 6, 2024 ) . My car is a brand new bmw 330i in white paint . after drove around and searched for a reliable auto body shop for almost 3 weeks, finally I got recommended by Huntington Beach PDR to come to A 1 Auto Body Shop .
I came to this shop for the first time but already feel comfortable ! The Owner/Manager of this shop is Wayne . He is so cool, calm, and friendly without pushing me what to get fixed. I dropped off my car by 4:45 pm on Monday 05/06/24 and received his call on Thursday 05/09/24 by mid morning to inform the car dent was fixed.
As I arrived my car was washed and so clean as if the first day I had my car 😁👍. At that time, another guy came in to pick up the house for side mirror ; it costed $60 and wanted to pay Wayne by credit card, but he wanted cash for $60. The guy wanted to leave this stuff at the shop and come back other day to pay cash ; but Wayne told him just take it and come back other day with cash . This surprised the guy even they did not know each other !
I admire Wayne the he operates business on building mutual trust between him and customers.
Folks , as you need auto body job either minor or major repair , bring your car to Wayne to get the perfect repair with reasonable cost and then you ‘ll go home with you car as happy as a clam 😁👍👏

I got rear ended and was recommended to come here. Wayne was so nice and responsive. When I got my car back it was fully washed with dressed tires and looked brand new where repaired. Definitely will go back for any auto body repairs needed.

Wayne did an excellent job fixing my baby! Competitive pricing. Also replaced the trunk latch cheaper than the dealership. Did all the work on a timely manner. Very personable and he even cleaned my car and put air in my tires. That was really nice!
