Location is clean and secure. Office staff was friendly and whole check in process was fast and easy. Very good rates as well.

Exceptional customer service, the manager is friendly and accommodating. Clean and secure facility. Only thing I would change is the hours because they close do at 6pm but beyond that it is an ideal storage facility.

Such great service here! The manager, Ralph made sure to show me the unit before renting and was so helpful. Definitely a personal feeling here, which makes it so much easier when trusting a site to store your things!

I used AAA Self Storage back in 2018 and had such a great experience that when I found myself needing storage space again currently, I called to see if Ralph was still in charge over at the Huntington Beach location. Talked with Kim, who let me know Ralph was still there. And she was super helpful.Ralph has great customer service/people skills and truly cares about his job and his customers.

I have had a storage unit at AAA Self Storage in Huntington Beach for a few years, but I’m living in Colorado now. Recently, I discovered that all keys to the unit’s lock had been misplaced. Ralph and others at AAA found a way for me to handle the problem long-distance. They couldn’t have been more helpful.
