Cashier gave me attitude because I didn't know how to use the "for U" app to purchase an item they were promoting. I'd prefer if the staff were more interested in helping customers, rather than treating me as a problem.

This store is Wonderful! The manager Tony is SOOO GOOD - he runs a tight ship, but his staff love him. Tonight, one of the courtesy clerks, JACOB, was sooo kind. He helped me locate some sushi cups w/lids. This store is BEAUTIFUL, they spoil us. I am so grateful for my consistently very positive experience here!

Gonna give it a 2 stars because it's an OK market, well stocked with lots of stuff. Customer service is OK. No one is friendly or helpful but it's a big market, it's 2023, and I don't think anyone working at large grocery store is happy to be there & it shows. Honestly the white male cashiers make me feel particularly uncomfortable. I get hostile vibes off of them. They seem angry all the time. The women are better. I went in at night to pick up a few items for the next morning. One door had a sign saying 'this door is closed'. Went over to the other door & it wouldn't open. I saw people inside. The lights were on. I checked online that they were open & confirmed they're open until 11pm & I had a couple more hours. I ended up walking in the exit door & passing through the self-checkout to get to the store. I think this was their low-key attempt to keep people out of the store in the 2 hours before close. I often do major shopping late evenings so this was not great. All of the Amish butter had visible mold through the wax paper wrapper. I've tried it before & thought I'd give it a try. It was expensive at $12.99 but it was huge. We checked all the butters they had & they all had what appeared to be patches of black colored mold. I mentioned it to the male cashier and he didn't seem to care at all. He couldn't even pretend to care or even say he'd look into it. I would have never know whether he really checked or not. Overall most of my trips the cashiers are not particularly friendly. The white male cashiers give off major hostile vibes. Well stocked store but unpleasant. I try to get as much as I can at other stores but this store has some items I can't find elsewhere. I'll stock up in one trip to avoid multiple trips. Maybe daytime shopping is better.

A good reason to shop at Albertsons off of Main in Huntington Beach. So I was looking for a specific item and it had been in Albertsons before. As I was leaving I bumped into Joe, the manager there at the Albertsons. Asked him about this product and he took the time and effort to research its and look to get it back in his store. Even called me to let me know he was working the issue. Now that, that is how you do customer service!! Massive Kudos to you Joe and hoe you manage the store. Work with the customers and insure products get the shelves Hats off to you sir and thank you for keeping that store a Flagship to Albertsons.

Today I want to share my experience about a gem I found, it's the Albertsons in Sea Cliff Village. I'm telling you, this place is an oasis for those looking for a quick, convenient and quality shopping experience.First off, let's talk about their wine and cheese section. It's not just about the quantity but the quality too. I was just amazed by the variety they have. If you're a wine enthusiast, you'll appreciate the vast selection of both domestic and imported bottles they've got. And the cheese? There are artisan selections, imported specialties, classics and everything in between. It’s a true paradise for those with a gourmet palette. But it's not just about the selection, the organization of the store is top-notch. Clearly marked aisles, well-stocked shelves, everything is just where you'd expect it to be. This place really takes the guesswork out of your shopping. Now, let's talk about their service. Fast, friendly and efficient, making the shopping experience just that much more enjoyable. This is how service should be, period. So, if you're in or near Sea Cliff Village, I highly recommend stopping by Albertsons for your shopping needs. The quality, selection, and service are absolutely fantastic.

Great store, but if you’re looking for a quick coffee at Starbucks make sure Lexington is not working. He couldn’t be slower. I’ve been here a couple of times and all the times he’s helped me it’s been slow.Good guy, probably well meaning but so slow.

I walked today around 6 pm to rent a carpet cleaner. I was told to wait in the aisle in front of the cleaner. I waited for about 15 minutes and had a few other workers pass by me without asking me anything. The store had maybe 20 customers in the store at the time, I actually walked around to check. I finally got fed up and left.

Why do they put the toys next to the condom boxes? Of all the places in this HUGE store... came here a few weeks ago and I'm surprised it's still like this.
