I have been going to this store for 25 years and everyone has always been great. However, Starbucks is a nightmare. The "manager" Vanessa and her side-kick are not only running customers off with their rude behavior, but they are also unprofessional to the other employees. The turnover at this location is constant and management doesn't seem to care to solve the problem at the root. That said, every year my accountant gives me a breakdown of where I spend my money and how much. For Albertsons in the year 2023, I spent $12,366 on food, and $5,452 at Starbucks alone (not including $$1,280 for Starbucks tumblers. That's a grand total of 19,098 at that location on Beach Blvd Huntington Beach. I start to dread who is working before I even walk through the door. I've tried talking to the store director without success so I'm thinking that Smiths being about the same distance is increasingly looking like a better option. I'm sure my business won't be missed.

Would give them a 0 if I could. They don't honor their ads. Shirley has to be the most rude person in the store. On 9/28/23 went in to get their whole chickens for .87 a lb per their ad and I marked in on my just for U and they wouldn't honor it. Tried to get the green bottle Gingerale on the 10 for 10 and they wouldn't honor that either. The picture is on their ad. Going to file a complaint with the Federal Trad Commission because they put things in their ads and don't honor them. Go to a different market who has customer service. This one has none. Shirley makes the store look bad.

Not sure why they close the CA lottery at 8pm. Customer service fail. So sorry to hate a local grocery. Stater Bros for better service, quality & product.

I continue to try and collect my 5 cents per empty plastic bottle for water I purchased at this location and depending on which manager is there, I am told they know nothing about the law requiring retailers to provide the refund to customers or face a $100.00/day fine. It is frustrating the games they are playing to avoid refunding the money that was previously collected when the water was purchased. I am starting to think the managers are instructed by corporate to play d**** The recycling centers do not refund at 5 cents a bottle and the bottles clearly state Ca CRV 5 cents. How can Albertsons treat their customers so unfairly?

This review is for the ladies in the bakery. I brought in a photo of a cake that I wanted to have made for my baby shower and they told me they would do their best... well They absolutely nailed it and made it look perfect! I was so happy when they brought the cake out, it was exactly what I asked for. Both of the ladies that helped me order the cake at the bakery counter were extremely nice and helpful. You can tell that they enjoy their job and love decorating/baking. I will definitely be coming back to order cakes for future parties/events from this Albertsons

This is my Albertsons. Great service if your buying groceries for the most part. Which I do weekly. However I have tried 3 times to get my $ from a winning lottery ticket. No one can ever help at the service desk. Another time I was waiting in line, I was the third person, and it was my turn and the employee helping the other customers just walked away. Like what? The other employees saw and said nothing. This last time was the final straw, the manager in charge said I'll be right with you, 5 minutes passed and she was nowhere to be found. Again I am baffled. Don't have a service desk it it's not reasonable that someone can help once in a while. In fact many of the employees saw me patiently waiting and did nothing. I think o may have muttered an expletive when I left because this has happened not once, but three times, I'm done.

I purchased a $80 Visa Gift Card on 12-8-2022. It was one of the ones that have been opened erased and placed back on the rack. I took it to the Manager of the Albertsons and was told they would take care of it and I would get the money back. I have been back several times and was told to expect a call. I was back today and asked again, this time the Manager told me they will no longer help and I need to contact Visa. I think they simply have too many hacked cards to deal with yet the gift cards are still in the back of the store?? Whatever you do, do not purchase a Gift Card from this Albertsons as they leave themselves open to this type of crime and you will be on your own.

This is my closest grocery store and I can find pretty much anything I need (that's to be expected in an Albertsons.) the produce and isles are typically well stocked. The clerks are friendly and the store is clean. That's about all a girl can ask for from a local grocery store; it's always a pleasant experience.

This review is only for Wei in the sushi department. I'm one of those dbags doing keto... yeah, hate to admit that out loud because I don't believe in dieting, but here I am! Anyway, they have a roll that doesn't have rice, so I've been eating that a lot since I love sushi. It's only 11.99 and pretty consistent quality wise. I get it so often he knows exactly what I want, and makes it fresh while I shop. I even have him add eel sauce and spicy Mayo even though the roll doesn't normally come with it. I don't have to request it anymore, he already knows what I like. I really appreciate things like that, it really makes a person feel special, and customers will keep coming back.

This mainly goes out to the deli side of Albertsons but I feel as if the two times I've been there, they've ignored me when I flagged them down or they'll help out someone behind me first when I've been waiting. For both visits, they've made me wait 5-10 mins but today what made me mad is that one of the ladies acknowledged me and my girlfriend up front and she said, "Someone will be right with you!" And the second someone got to us they helped the person behind us. The first visit me and my girlfriend ordered our sandwiches, but the guy took 20 minutes to make one sandwich and it seemed he was annoyed with our presence so as we were watching him make the sandwich he was moving VERY VERY SLOW. I let it go the first time because I assumed maybe he was new but with how they've treated us so far I'm pretty annoyed. The first guy who helped me out was a guy with glasses and a beard. Today the guy who skipped over was Asian I think. Regardless the Albertsons has great options and deals for people buying their groceries.

TWICE this week only a couple of days after shopping here I spent time cooking only to learn that items I just bought are WAY past the expiration date! I bought cream cheese and noticed it expired A MONTH AGO and then I made a salad, put dressing all over it, only to realize the dressing EXPIRED 3 MONTHS AGO and was rotten!!! The whole salad and my whole evening was ruined!! I had no other food left had to go to the grocery store (not Albertson's!) to spend more money then more time on remaking my food and rewashing the dishes. I shouldn't have to pay a premium to shop at Albertson's and then have to do the employees' jobs for them of checking the dates on every single item on the shelf... would you like me to clean the floors too while I'm at it, Albertson's?! Nothing I can do as I didn't keep my receipt because I didn't expect so many items to be ROTTEN! Guess it makes sense why this store has horrible reviews!! SHOP ELSEWHERE

Albertsons and vons have been increasing too expensive...I shopped at Walmart for 7 items, not fresh items, and then shopped the same items at Albertsons. I saved $7 just on 7 items...apparently Walmart is making money, so why does Albertsons want to scam the public

I love this store and it's always been my go-to, but I had an amazing experience with the bakery in April! I've been wanting to write this review for a long time, I just can't remember the name of the lovely talented woman that created this fun cookie cake for a going-away party I threw for my coworkers! She was a very attentive blonde woman with blue eyes, I wish I could remember her name! She took the few notes I gave her and surpassed my expectations. It was an In-n-Out theme, I was so thrilled and happy with it! A true talent for such a reasonable price! I will definitely be back!!
