The staff here are always friendly and courteous even when they are busy. Willing to take a moment to clarify any questions and or concerns in regards towards your prescription. I do not go anywhere else.

Perhaps COVID is a major cause, but customer service at the Seacliff Sav-On has gone through the floor! They'll text you to tell you when a prescription is ready, but they're silent if they can't fill it because they're out of stock, which is begun happening with startling regularity (reducing inventory?). In that case you have to wonder what's going on, call them THEN they tell you they're out of stock. Do they offer to help you find the medication at another Sav-Ons? NO! The onus is on you to call around until you (hopefully) find one that has it stock. In another instant we called in about a new prescription that had just gone to Sav-Ons, and were told it would be ready in 20 mins. When we arrived there was along line, which took 20 minutes to get through. When we finally got to the counter, they told us it would take 20 mins., and to go wander the store. We came back 30 minutes later. That's when they told us they only had 4 tablets of a 30 tablet order. That story speaks for itself

Connie in the bakery area is such a miserable person. She completely ignored me when I was trying to pick up my cakes on 4th of July weekend she walked by me 4 times and then when she finally acknowledged me 3 minutes into me standing there, rudely grabbed the paper with my order on in and threw it at the other girl Heather. I can't believe that woman still has a job! Heather kindly got my order and was the sweetest girl. She was actually the one that decorated the cakes that I ordered and she did a beautiful job. Connie you are an awful person and I feel bad that two other girls I spoke with that have to work with you! The other girls deserve a 5 star rating! I love the cakes you made Heather! I will be back to order my daughters birthday cake! And thank you to the girl that took my order you were awesome too I'm sorry I can't recall your name but you portrayed the design to Heather perfectly and you were very pleasant to work with ! Connie you don't even deserve 1 star. Hope this message reaches the store manager!

Great experience in the bakery today. Their cakes are Beautiful! Heather was very helpful in helping me make my choice. Her fun attitude and the overall mood I experienced made me wonder why I don't come here more often! This location has a neighborhood local feel I loved. I'll be back!

The bakery messed up my cake that I ordered beforehand twice and the second time they didn't even make the cake saying that they lost my order.

I purchased a sushi roll, only to come home and find a black hair on one of the rolls. Please wear hair nets when you are making food! And I've learned a lesson not to purchase pre-made food here.

Most depressing store around here. The young man "cashier", sent me to another line and I had already set my groceries on the belt. I had to bag it all up and move. He seemed stressed out and irritated at 9 am. The woman in the express lane won't bag your groceries. The chicken I've purchased here was low quality. Stick to Trader Joe's, Ralph's or Costco. I come here as a last resort.

Rude lady at the register with bright blonde hair. She tried saying our card declined but it was fine the second time but I genuinely believe she cancelled it. She then proceeded to not hand us our items after purchasing them and made me go BEHIND the counter to grab them even though she handed everyone else their things. Worst customer service ever.

Worst service ever. Never can find your prescriptions. Rude staff everytime. Long waits. Always puts you on hold. I guess I get to go back to CVS.

Dingy, dirty market with the poorest customer service. I've been a few times to this market out of necessity since moving to the area but my last visit was the last straw I'd rather drive across town to another market than to give this place business.

The store has gone downhill in recent years. They pulled the self-checkout machines. In addition, the deli gives you fewer options for the combo meals, they usually skimp out on the chicken pieces, and it's more expensive than it used to be. I'll probably just stick to Ralph's around the corner.
