I was really stressed out because the online pickup was not loading/super slow & I was on a tight schedule. I wasn't able to find help with the in-store staff at the time or customer service over the phone. However, when I returned and Alberto was at the Fabric desk, he was SO helpful. I was able to pickup my order quickly and efficiently. He has a very positive attitude & genuinely seems like he wants to help out. Cherish employees like Alberto!! This place is a gem for those who love precious stones and high end looking jewelry. They also gave me the best glue brand I have tried. Very easy one stop shop.
