Both the AT&T website and the Google profile for this store say they open at 10 today, but we just sat in the rain for 20 minutes with no one at all at the store. Pretty stupid, if they open later make the website reflect that otherwise you’re just screwing with people’s time.

Worst experience I've ever had with any mobile carrier. Ever. Had to go back 4x to get my issues fixed switching over from Metro. They have also credited me 2-3x due to their incompetence. They overcharged me 2x on different issues and then the final time because their service was so terrible. Not only that, my data connection is extremely slow. All the time and I live in Huntington Beach. Wth? I'm also paying for a higher data cap. Yet it's still very, very slow. Save your money, go get Metro. Never had any issues with Metro, ever. Only reason I don't switch is I have a deal with the phone I got. I despise AT&T and I recommend anyone I talk to, to stay far away. Worst experience. Ever.

Table at the time the no manager thstcwas not seem availed did not and refused to allow???????? That is already paid service phone to charge horrible service and for all going to a holiday would not give HigH reccomendatuons to the store ppl e prior were aware and helpfully it was a fake name with name tags dont ho with JAKE

I feel bad because the sales associate I was working with was awesome, but the manager got involved in the transaction. Promised discounts and waived activation fees. None of it ever happened. They said I'd see it on the next month's bill and then the next. Then the manager stopped responding to my messages. Just the typical cell phone store experience unfortunately.

Joshua is the most unprofessional and unethical employee at this store. He "sold" us a non-existing promotion that 9 months later, I am still trying to get corrected. The manager was supposed to call us to rectify this problem and she never did. Visits to the store have been met with cold shoulder and of absolutely no help.

It's not the store. It's the people that make things happened in a reasonable time and their patience with our frustration. When something happens to our phone, they were amazing helping out. To get us our phone's back in service.

Ordered two phones from what seemed to be a really nice guy named Chris and specifically asked what the cost difference is for upgrade and was told it was $22 extra per phone. I replied $22 total? And the representative Chris said $22 per phone extra per phone. I returned two days later to return the trade ins and found out I am supposed to pay $22 extra per phone per month. The assistant manager Angel stated he will ask Chris what happened and in no way was supportive for to the customer but more so protective for the employee. I verified when I got home with my wife what the sales person Chris stated and she mentioned how he only said $22 extra per phone. Really feel disappointed in the treatment from the associate and assistant manager.

So annoyed! What horrible customer service! This is my first you'd going into the store. I was planning to buy my husband the new iPhone...I got there and the two associates are helping others. It gets busy, I get it. But it wasn't even a friendly greeting. Just "please take seat and we will be with you", then I was ignored for 15 minutes. I finally asked if there was anyone rude who could help me and she said, "there's only three of us. That's it. I will be another 15-20 minutes". That's it, no apologies. No other options. Complete apathy! What kind of business is this?!?! I am sooo appalled! I'm going straight to the Apple Store! LAME!
