This location used to be a Pep Boys and is now an Auto Zone. Let me tell you, the service here is so much better. Every time I come Into the store, I always get asked if I need help and the guys who work there have been great. Andrew helped me look into parts for a brake job and was very helpful in locating some rotors at a good price.

My car key was out of battery. I was so panic because I don't know what to do. I stopped by Autozone in Huntington Beach, I had Maz helping me out. He goes extra Mike's to solve my problem. I am so happy with his service. I highly recommend you to shop here.

Went here yesterday for a few parts and Audi went above and beyond. He called other locations for us and double checked twice on the part and found it in stock! He really gave great customer service! I would recommend this location!

I came in today because my 4 Runner needed a tune up. Zachary was really helpful and professional. He got me set up with some spark plugs and wires, even talked to me about getting a coil for the cylinder that was misfiring. Zachary did all this for me all while a random lady got in front of me and started yelling at him for not having good customer service. Maybe she was having a bad day, because he was helpful and nice. I would recommend asking for Zachary if you come here.

I DID A LONG REVIEW AND IT DID NOT POST FOR SOME REASON . I gave them 2 stars because at first this one guy name JR helped us tested the battery because my car stopped starting last night and today I have to run over to this store location to replace my battery and it is my baby girl 1st birthday Jr helped us picked out the battery and he will help us replace it. After we paid his fucking manager told him to help others customer first because there's a line . So we have to stand to the side and wait , we didn't have any problem with that then jr came out to help us install the battery that was when we realized our terminal is rusty so he said we need to buy a new one . Then his manager reminded him that he needs to take the old battery from us !! Which means we can't leave the store to go to the workshop so they can help us with the terminal replace . So my husband asked if they would let him borrow their tools so we can do it ourselves since we can't leave the store without a battery . Then we couldn't remove the terminal because it's so rusty the worker kept walking back and forth to check to see if we can so they can take our old battery ! Jr tried to help alittle but was t helpful , my husband asked if he have a glove so he can use it since he's bare hands ! That dude was like uh we don't have any ! Then we have to call the workshop to asked them for help! The owner of the workshop told us to use coke ! So we go a head and buy a bottle of coke next door and that Jr guy asked if he can remove the old battery and take it away ! He didn't bother to help us right after . It frustrates me because I know it's not there problem and it's their policy to take the old battery as an exchange but the fucking rude manager walked back and forth passed and never looked at us . So we are pouring coke trying to remove the terminal a worker walked out and we asked him for help he said he recommended to soak the coke for a few mins ! He would help but he's running late . Right now I'm still hanging in the parking lot trying to figure it out and no one is helping . I wouldn't recommend this place , I would go to the one on new land and Westminster they are very helpful . I remembered when I was little my mom and I came and they always do all the work for us because they know we are single mom . Also auto zone owners please take time to see what this manager are doing because he is very rude

I just wanted to say Uriel was so helpful with my battery. I barely made it there before my battery died. Everyone behind the counter was so helpful and friendly. He even installed my battery for me so I didn't have to get someone to come down and do it for me. Such amazing customer service!

Was visiting out of state, and AutoZone always has great customer service. I came in for help, and the store manager, Uriel, went about and beyond. We just needed oil. He showed us how and then notified us of a couple of issues he noticed. Would definitely recommend this location for its great customer service and friendly staff. Thank you, AutoZone.

My license plate was falling off and I came in to get screws. Staff came out to my car to make sure I get right ones and he actually had an extra one and gave it to me at no charge and came out to put it on my car for me. Thank you so much for your help. You made my day

I got a OBDll Scan Tool with ABS and was going to change my car brakes.When I purchase the device, I clearly ask to one of the store employee that I need to release e-brake on my Audi. He gave me the device but we both weren't sure that will it work or not. When I see even he wasn't sure about the device is gonna work or not I ask them "Hey, what if doesn't connect to my car for any reason?" He told me that, "Yeah, no problem. You have 90 days return policy."I went back home and plugged the device to my car but didn't recognize the car and didn't release the e-brake. I went back to store and they told me they don't have return policy, but they can exchange. I already mentioned that your employees doesn't have enough information about the products in the store, but at least please tell teach them difference between "return" & "exchange".Thank you for $300 worth of garbage!!

They had what I needed in stock which was tail light bulbs. Employees are always helpful when they get around to helping you. Every AutoZone I've been to has been busy.
