Unbelievably unprofessional. I have only been to this location twice and I will never go again. From the moment you walk in the manager is always standing right at the door giving you the nastiest look while looking you up and down. Then he harasses you and tries to block the door before you can even see a teller. First he asked if I even have an account and then if I even remembered to bring my card. Then he treats you like you're a criminal that shouldn't be in his establishment. I didn't know if I was in America or not by the way he was treating everyone with such disrespect. Then when I told them I needed help with my pin they told me they couldn't help me with that ???? The whole experience was weird and hateful. Never felt like such a criminal in all my life when all I needed was help with my pin from the local Bank of America. I feel bad for the teller Daniel because you can tell all he wants to do is help but the manager is on something and won't let that happen.

Bank of America is racist! Racism has no place in the USA and we all need to stand against this. They are giving different terms based on skin color... nbcnews.com/business/con…#BoycottBofA #Shameful

The branch manager was rude and unprofessional. I needed to make a cash deposit for my sister and had the account info and she wouldn't help stating cash not excepted unless a business account.

Lousy bank, walk in at 930 without any customers and requested open safe deposit. They said short staff and nobody able to help. There are 5 employees working there but all seemed have excuses.

Like many others, my bank info was hacked from this ATM as was my boyfriends. I tried calling Bank of America to let them know what's going on but they clearly didn't care. Since they stopped staffing bankers here in 2020, this spot just became a perfect target for skimmers. Head over to BOA on Main Street if you're in a pinch (the lines in there are stupid long) but your best bet is the BOA on Brookhurst & Adams

Beware of the the BofA on Adams and Brookhurst in Huntington Beach. My EDD card was hacked in their drive thru ATM machine for the amount of $680. A skimmer was discovered and removed by the police but BofA refuses to reimburse the money stolen from my EDD account. I was told to contact the police which I did. They couldn't do anything. So I am going in circles. BofA is getting paid from the government to handle EDD and it is their responsibility. Now I will have to fight to get the money back!!!! There are others that got hacked as well. It is impossible to get in touch by phone. Customer service in the back is fair at best. BEWARE!!!!

I recently visited this office shortly before closing and they had already locked the doors and put the security door down. I verified the time after using the ATM and it was definitely before closing as indicated on my ATM receipt. Unfortunately this branch lacks customer service and I find the branch at 5 points much better.
