Unbelievably unprofessional. I have only been to this location twice and I will never go again. From the moment you walk in the manager is always standing right at the door giving you the nastiest look while looking you up and down. Then he harasses you and tries to block the door before you can even see a teller. First he asked if I even have an account and then if I even remembered to bring my card. Then he treats you like you're a criminal that shouldn't be in his establishment. I didn't know if I was in America or not by the way he was treating everyone with such disrespect. Then when I told them I needed help with my pin they told me they couldn't help me with that ???? The whole experience was weird and hateful. Never felt like such a criminal in all my life when all I needed was help with my pin from the local Bank of America. I feel bad for the teller Daniel because you can tell all he wants to do is help but the manager is on something and won't let that happen.

The branch manager was rude and unprofessional. I needed to make a cash deposit for my sister and had the account info and she wouldn't help stating cash not excepted unless a business account.

Lousy bank, walk in at 930 without any customers and requested open safe deposit. They said short staff and nobody able to help. There are 5 employees working there but all seemed have excuses.

Like many others, my bank info was hacked from this ATM as was my boyfriends. I tried calling Bank of America to let them know what's going on but they clearly didn't care. Since they stopped staffing bankers here in 2020, this spot just became a perfect target for skimmers. Head over to BOA on Main Street if you're in a pinch (the lines in there are stupid long) but your best bet is the BOA on Brookhurst & Adams

This Bank is currently Closed because of the Covid-19 crisis. The ATM's are open. The Nearest Bank of America Branch is at Edinger and Springdale across the street from Marina. That branch has limited services so you might want to call first and see if they can help you.

Beware of the the BofA on Adams and Brookhurst in Huntington Beach. My EDD card was hacked in their drive thru ATM machine for the amount of $680. A skimmer was discovered and removed by the police but BofA refuses to reimburse the money stolen from my EDD account. I was told to contact the police which I did. They couldn't do anything. So I am going in circles. BofA is getting paid from the government to handle EDD and it is their responsibility. Now I will have to fight to get the money back!!!! There are others that got hacked as well. It is impossible to get in touch by phone. Customer service in the back is fair at best. BEWARE!!!!

I recently visited this office shortly before closing and they had already locked the doors and put the security door down. I verified the time after using the ATM and it was definitely before closing as indicated on my ATM receipt. Unfortunately this branch lacks customer service and I find the branch at 5 points much better.

For years I have been meaning to write a review of this branch. Today was the last straw, this branch needs serious management review. Every time I visit this branch it is understaffed and the customer service is horrible. A smile goes a long way when there are long lines and grumpy people. I went in to inquire about Bank of America charges to my account. I was rudely told no one could help me today and she did not offer any alternatives. I left and went to the Bank of America at 5 Points, it only was I greeted with a smile they resolved the issue.

B of A sucks. I had fraud on my Visa card that i never use and they contacted me about it. They cancelled my cards (mine and my wife's) and said they would credit the account for fraud transactions and send out new cards. I opened up my mail a week later and got my wife's card, but instead of getting a new card for me, i got a letter stating they need to authenticate me. That's odd, you contacted me about the fraud (by both text and online account), but now want me to contact Experian? I called Experian and spoke to some brain dead whom asked me questions about 7-10 year old loans and accounts. Experian said they could not authenticate me (since they hire morons, with little education from 3rd world countries). It is easier for me to cancel my B of A credit card and use my Wells Fargo Visa or my Amex. Wells Fargo and Amex customer service shines over B of A. Luckily good credit affords me choices, sorry for those whom are stuck with B of A.

Bank of America is in the business of ripping people off. They were completely off in my bank account balance and statement and they would not do a proper investigation. Now, they are partners with Alaska Airlines and they gave a low credit limit even though we have close to 800 in credit score so that they could avoid having us buy one get one free airline ticket. They really suck! They are a horrible company!

If there was a choice to not give a star, I wouldn't give any. This place has the WORST customer service!!! The manager was beyond helpless as well. Justine gave me the wrong information where I wasn't able to have my money for 2 weeks. And all I got was a sorry, there's nothing we can do. Now I'm here and instead of someone helping me, the lady walks out of her office to tell me she's going on lunch then closes the door and I now have to wait till she gets back?! What the hell?! I am closing my account and it hasn't even been open for a month. On to another bank who cares about their customers . I will be writing more names down for your info to not as for help since they lack tolerance of kindness.
