useless/slow employees. apparently personal conversations are more important than moving the line along for people that need actual service. there were three people standing behind the counter doing absolutely nothing while one teller does everything slowly. it's appalling the other folks behind the counter can't jump in and assist, especially the manager. trash. y'all should be fired. what happened to teamwork? "the other teller is at lunch." is what some other useless person behind the counter kept saying. who gives a shit where the other teller is? jump in and help or gtfo and stop wasting peoples' time with your irrelevant conversations.and why is a teller at lunch at 10:45a? you guys opened at 9a. LoL! horrible delegation of staff placement. trash banks. trash service.

I just left the Marina Center BoA branch, and I felt compelled to say something--- when you see a smart professional accomplish SO MUCH/SO QUICKLY, it's nice to say THANK YOU.Susan Ross had BIG shoes to fill. Surf City Insurance has been with this branch thru several relationship managers, Scott, David, Humberto, to name a few thru the years.Well, SUSAN ROSS FILLED THOSE BIG SHOES & THEN SOME. This branch keeps her very busy. We had an appointment yesterday where she handled a stock sale, provided guidance, and I was surprised (no secretary/no assistant), she confirmed the appointment, handled the work, did the follow-up. Today she called me back into the branch to accomplish what Humberto (no longer there) was not able to accomplish and she did it quickly and amazingly.Add to this --- both days (and today's a Friday/pay day for many) there's no working tellers at the branch. One had a family emergency and the other was out sick. So in between working with me/us, with the visiting locksmith (which has its own strict protocol, which had to be followed), she also paid attention to the needs of the many, many walk-ins.SUSAN ROSS HAS BOTH THE SUBJECT EXPERTISE and AN AMAZING WORK ETHIC. I do less with two assistants than this woman did singlehandedly. I am glad to be able to go into the branch, and I will recommend the branch to others.Thank you, SUSAN ROSS. You are amazing

They have 1 person doing account services at this location and she decided to leave early for the day? Seriously? This location closes at 5 and I got there at 4 and she's already gone

This is ridiculous, every single Saturday at least a 30 minutes wait . Line out the door every Saturday and they still refuse to properly staff... 2 tellers working w/ a line out the door... All other BoA's have closed in the area you would think the one that remains open would be staffed properly. I will be changing banks now because of this huge inconvenience.... Waiting 30-40 minutes in aLine w/ children is not an option.

Every time I have an issue, it is extremely hard to resolve. The phone lines are busy at every Bank of America, so you won't be able to talk to a real person. When I went into this branch, I was told that they're to busy to assist and that I would need to make an appointment.. this was the 2nd time I went in for the same problem, but they originally just told me to come back another day. Susan (relations manager - ironically) had such a bad attitude and was unwilling to help. She was the straw that broke the camels back. I regrettably have had this account for 14 years. I am relieved to be closing it and moving to a better bank.

Easy to drive up to.
