This location is weird. At 10:45 the bank teller walked away without replacement. Then people get long line without any teller to help.

Worst bank ever. Less and less branches. Longer holds on checks than any other bank. I feel bad for their employees that have to deal with a company that only cares about their bottom line... if you are thinking about working with this bank, you will regret it 100%

The service center person at the HB Main Street office was terribly condescending today. The website wasn’t working when I tried to wire funds and she continued to tell me it did work. They also gave me a pin that worked for 1 wire transfer, then suddenly stopped working. I've had to go into the bank for simple services that the website should support (I've had to take time off work because of this). I have accounts at Chase Bank that have no issues and the website actually works. The systems at this bank are highly unreliable. Take your money anywhere else.

Was having multiple issues with another institution/ overdrafts, holds, and check order status. Matthew and a woman from leadership went out of their way not only to help solve the problems but also aid in my understanding of the issues and how to move forward in avoiding similar instances in the future. Very pleased with their professionalism and communication. (Will edit and get the woman's name who helped me when possible)

The young man with dark hair and i believe a mole on his face always gives me trouble. He’s not qualified to work there and knows nothing. i asked when the funds i deposited would be available to me he said tomorrow now it’s a week?? i would’ve cashed the check if i knew this. This isn’t the first time he’s messed up or gave wrong information. i don’t know how he hasn’t been fired. really unprofessional

Went in on Sat and they were open! So many BofA have shut down or changed hrs without notice. They were very nice and quick service plus they even squeezed me in to get a document notarized.

1 teller opened with 8 people deep in line, in the middle is a Thursday. 17 mins to make a specific withdraw. Really B of A?? Need more tellers.

I have never given a bad review... but here we are. I almost lost my first home purchase from a mistake on their end. There is a difference between a wire and a transfer! DUH. Everyone's responses prior to mine say it all. Go elsewhere, change banks... leave!

This branch notoriously has one teller no matter how long the line is out the door. I get that BofA wants to encourage online banking but some people need to see an actual person live inside the bank. These banks are getting away with highway robbery for no service and all our money and interest!!!

What a joke. One teller every day. I've been waiting to cash a check for 30 minutes now. Happens every time I'm here. There are so many better options that would love to have our business.

My daughter and I came in to get a small issue of never receiving her ATM card in the mail handled. We checked in and were told to wait. After 25 minutes I went to 2 of the ladies sitting and chatting at one of the desks and mentioned that we had been waiting for over 20 minutes. The girl looked up and down at me and asked if I had an appointment. I said no and she said that I’d have to wait for someone to free up and the 2 of them walked to another kiosk further back to continue their conversation. Horrible customer service!
