Not sure how they deleted my review but I brought my S-Class that was just out of warranty here years back as the check engine light came on and was blowing smoke out the exhaust. I was told the issue would be a new ECU and they offered one for $1700. I brought it to the dealership for a second opinion and come to find out the ECU was fully covered under warranty. Not sure why they didn't advise this.

Since i have moved to Fountain Valley recently. This is the closest and best place to get my Mercedes 2021 to get serviced. I have low mileage and i hardly ever drive it and its an electric version of the car. But its been nearly 3 years now and i had to get it serviced last month. Beach Benz really took care of my baby and serviced her up ready to drive whenever i want to drive her. Honest hard working employees here that will not rip you off. They will also give you a free estimate. I have been doing business with them for 2 years now. But i rarely have to come here, Because like i mention, I dont drive this car very much. Anyhow, I am happy with Beach Benz. Check them out, You wont be disappointed.

Beach Benz is a honest and reliable shop. We have been taking our Benz to them for over 10 years. We drive Mercedes for many great reasons and we trust them with our vehicles for maintenance and repairs. They have kept all of our cars running great over the years. I have one Mercedes that is considered very special and I only allow highly trained professionals to work on it. Beach Benz has helped me keep this car running like new since I first brought it to them. They are very personable and truly care about you and your vehicle. I really appreciate how they hook up your car to the computer to see what is wrong with it or to read needed maintenance. They don't ever just take advantage of people by looking or guessing. Mike always takes care of his customers as he would want to have done for himself. They are there for me and ours cars always. Beach Benz is a top rated shop! Their mechanics (Vince and James), are great they are very knowledgeable and respect you and your vehicle. If you want honesty, knowledgeable service Beach Benz is the place to call.

My check engine light came on so I took my Mercedes here and was told I had a vacuum leak in my intake manifold. The repair was estimated at $1200. I authorized the repair but asked for the old part to be returned to me. I have had 4 mechanics at other shops look at my old intake manifold and NONE of them could find anything wrong with my old manifold. They have all told me there was no reason for Beach Benz to replace my part and that I had been cheated. I am a 50 something female and seems they took advantage of my trust. Very disappointing. Don't recommend this shop based on the unbiased reviews of 4 mechanics with nothing to gain by providing their honest opinions.

I can’t speak highly enough about Mike & Vince.I would recommend highly and go back. They look out for you and do what they say they will do.Clean shop, great service, delivered on time.Did Service D for a 2003 E320 and one pound of AC coolant $435 out the door.
