These guys are cool man.. I was injured over the past summer, & had to pawn a guitar and amp (sucked)! But they gave me a fair deal, & were professional. I go in there from time to time to check the inventory, and they're always helpful

Mat has been a very helpful and thoughtful individual. They are reasonable in price and reasonable with loans. If you guys ever need to sell some gear or you want to find some decently used gear, I recommend this shop! Thank you guys for the whole ordeal you guys helped me through.

I've purchased two banjos here and pawned another. The folks here are great, and I couldn't be happier with my instruments.

woke up early came down to the location. says 10:00am store not open at 11:00am waited in the rain. phone goes to a non working voice mail. Not a professional retail store front in my opinion. I waited and saw 3 people pull up wait 30 minutes and leave. waste of everyone's time. Not even a note on the door.

I have gone the Beach City Pawn for years, I buy a lot of musical gear, I go there because frankly they have the best prices, even on things like new guitar strings or straps.I was totally blown away by the kindness of the owner, when he found out I volunteered at a food bank in Los Angeles, as he he donated a violin for one of the children there. Here is a picture of the little girl smiling ear to ear with her new violin. When I am shopping for an instrument I go there first, usually end up with the best deal.Thank you Beach City Pawn!

Friendly, intelligent staff. This is the only place I trust when seeking out the best deal for my precious metals. Been a loyal customer for over twenty years. Always fair, always happy to see you. Proud to have them in my town. GREATEST PAWN SHOP OF ALL TIME.

Very cool and helpful, until he ripped me off for Lois Vuitton. When I get it back or something like it I will remove this. Until then Don’t donate your high end goods claimed he had no idea what I was talking about. When the next day I asked if it sold yet he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about

The worst store ever, do not buy it especially online(buya), it’s a scam. After a few weeks of not receiving the product, I called them and they told me they gonna ship it out the next day, and after a week, they still didn’t ship it out. I called them again, and they told me they can’t find the product, and gonna give me a refund, and I still haven’t get the refund yet. They just tryna wast ur time and hope you won’t find out and they can scam you. Do not recommend, the worst pawn shop ever existed, disappointed. Please do not buy from them.

They have a lot of cool things. I would like to buy a lot of stuff upstairs it's right up my alley and you assume since it's a pawn shop that it would be at a great price. But it's not. It's not any cheaper than you would find on auction site or eBay or Even for a discount at a retail store. I don't know why this is because when you go to sell something there they say that they already have plenty and don't want whatever you have regardless of quality and profitability. Well maybe if you could make a sale you could turn over some inventory, make some money and create a customer base and help the community. Making a little money is better than making no money at all but they seem content without that. I guess they make all their money from the loans in the pawns and then just too lazy or don't care to make any sales. Seriously they have a flood of tools and electronics that sit there forever degrading and going out of date. If you cant sell something lower the price! Instead of selling one thing a month at 20x you paid for it, how about you sell 100 things a month for 5x what you paid. Then you won't waste so many people's time by turning them down when they come to your place with nice items. Or is sitting around chatting with each other behind the counter too important.
