A lot of those reviewers are negative because there is a big stereotype around Brandy Melville workers, So these people come with that stereotype in mind and cherypick anything these girls do. My experience great and the workers are kind and helpful

I’m not sure why this location gets mixed reviews, because my experience was amazing. Every employee was kind, welcoming, and super helpful.
