“We've trusted Michael's Carpets for two generations now, and they never disappoint. The whole team is so kind and helpful every single time. Adam especially is wonderful — fantastic customer service and always takes the time to make sure everything is just right. We wouldn't go anywhere else!”

“We had been to many retail carpet vendors. Angel, the sales associate, was the only one who could cross reference what we had to the sample on their floor. He stopped by the same day we went to the store to measure and provide us a quote. We placed the order and within a week it was installed. Carlos and his crew were fabulous. He listen to my concerns and did not scratch the walls and molding which were just painted. I love what I picked out. Thank you so much for a great experience.”

“Our Landlord just replaced the carpet in our rental. Robert was very helpful & accommodating. The workers were great with moving our furniture & belongings and completed our house in a day. I'm extremely impressed with the color and quality of our carpet. Very happy & satisfied with the entire experience. Would highly recommend to friends and family.”
