Nearly every time I've gone all of the ATMs have had issues. Just tried to withdraw from 3 different ones, with plenty of money, just denied because of an ATM error. Wasted gas :(

Have nothing negative to say about this location. Everyone seems to like coming here, therefore, the teller line was long when I came in. I love their independent and spacious parking lot in comparison to the shared lot between Chase & Wellsfargo on Beach & Westminster. Staff are pretty nice whenever I come in (staff at all braches are).

As a Chase client and in the process of being a new homeowner; I want to take a moment to say thank you in the full extent to Bryan shigekuni senior home lending advisor. Bryan truly is there to help you in any questions you may have during your home journey. I truly felt his passion and knowledge in every response. If you're ever in doubt, feel free to reach out to Bryan. I didn't have an appointment and was seen by himself the same day. I'll definitely be coming back for any advise and look forward working with him closely!!!

I went in to deposit my cash this afternoon. I had over 200 bills less than 300. I actually counted the cash before hand had I had 340. I only got 327. She even went on to say, "someone gave you a fake dollar bill", "make sure when you bring in your money where there aren't things on the dollar bills because it will jam our machines." Clearly her mindset is elsewhere with customer service. And I truly felt I had the worst customer service experience today. The fact that she took out bills that she thought was fake and didn't go and show me proof or ask a second person for their opinion that they were in fact fake bills was a shocker. Just left it sitting out in front of me. I asked her nicely if she could run through the machine one more time and she said she already had deposited in the machine. Her name was Marcia. She hates her job here and it shows. Very unprofessional. Told me the amount I brought in takes too much of her time to count it twice!! will never come back to this location ever again. The management or whoever was on the floor also seemed to not care very much about what happened and her customer service and went on to tell me the machines are 100% accurate. I know the machines are more accurate and so that is why I came inside the building in the first place. But Ive used machines myself and sometimes they have errors? please I hope they can get a hold of themselves. He at least apologized but who knows if it was sincere or not at this point.

Agents don't keep their appointments. Had an appointment at noon and they were still with another client 15 minutes into my appointment time. I left. This company doesn't value client's time. They expect you to just wait around for them to be ready even if you schedule an appointment with them.

Never show up here 5 minutes before closing time. They must actually close 5 minutes early. Despite have at LEAST 8 bankers in the building and not a single customer, they gave me the shake down on why I needed to deposit checks. “Well…I’m here to deposit checks because I need to deposit them and that is your job?” How dare I have the audacity to come and give them my money!!Beach and Ellis is way better, newer, nicer, etc.Fortunately, banking is all going to be automated and online so I never have to interact with such worthless bankers at this location again — I interacted with at least 3 just now and they all had a terrible attitude.They only get a second star because I do like the overall brand of Chase.
