The service here was really bad. Went in at 1045am and the food was not ready, and the manager there was not happy about me telling her that the food should be ready when it opens up. She blamed it on her new trainees. Once I got my food I said thank you to her and she didn’t say anything but gave me a bad stare.

This is by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been too. Service for years has always been terrible. Today was my last straw. Because it was rush hour with a full food line of workers they chose quantity over quality. Food was cooked sub par at best, they give you next to no ingredients on your items and they constantly place meat in my fiancés vegetarian order. Then when we express the issues Managment rolls eyes and gets annoyed. I will NEVER come back here again. Always been bad and because of location I’ve come here but I’d rather drive 10 miles to my next nearest one to get the quality and service I deserve. I’m in customer service and I’d be all over this team with how poor it is.

Food was delicious and the service was pretty good but not great. But I think it is because the just seem slightly understaffed. The tables also weren’t as clean as one would like when sitting down. I had to find the least dirty one and still wipe it down. Hopefully they can hire maybe one more person and have them strictly clean inside and bathrooms and stock everything from napkins to toilet paper and so on.

No stingy shares or portions at this location. The staff is well trained, fast, professional.

This chipotle was honestly one of the worst locations i've been to. Came in today and saw what a mess it was, wanted to leave, but worker was already in the middle of making my tacos so just sucked it up.Work station was filthy. Counter and floor were covered in toppings, salsas, etc. The person who made my tacos was almost afraid of making food. He literally pinched in the smallest amount or meat, rice, and sides. Imagine what tacos are supposed to be like, and getting taquitos sized ones instead. Person in front of my got a burrito that was just a mess.Never coming back. Trashed my food completely for the gross work environment. Not the brightest of workers. 1/10. Wish i got a refund.

Always love coming here to grab a quick bite. Can't go wrong with chipotle and their options and prices! The food is always consistently good and the atmosphere here is peaceful and chill.

This is by FAR the worst Chipotle I have ever been to and I have given them 3 times to hopefully see a difference because it's close to my house and conveniently has a drive through if you order online which is fabulous because I just had a baby and the last thing I'd like to do is take my baby out of the car to simply grab my order I placed online. WHAT A JOKE THAT IS, let me explain:So I roll up to the window, the kid asks me my name so I give it to him. He walks back to look, comes back to the window and lets me know my order is on the shelf in the lobby and I need to park and grab it. I'm sorry what? It states if you order online you can conveniently go through the drive through and this kid is telling me to go grab it from the lobby. In addition there is nowhere to specify where exactly to pick it up on any app as I previously read another review stating that is why he didn't receive his food in the drive up window and was asked to go inside as well. It honestly just seems rude, you would think it would be easier for him to simply walk back and grab my order. This drive through could really be helpful with people with disabilities or someone that's running late and the drive through is that much more convenient or someone like me that the had a newborn C-section and having to do the most because an employee wanted to be lazy. Maybe hire more quality employees? With some human decency?

This Chipotle is convenient because it has a drive thru for pickup and is typically not very busy. Unfortunately, they never seem to have lemons. I’ve ordered a few times for pick up through the app and the service has been poor. One time I picked up my order and asked for some lemons, the associate said they don’t have any available because they need to cut them. I was a bit surprised and asked if she or someone could cut the lemons then. She said it would take some time, suggesting the answer was “no”, to which I said I can wait since I imagine it would not take very long. I eventually got my lemon slices. The next time I ordered pick up, they again did not have any lemons available. I’m not sure if they were out or if they were not prepared at the time. Though seemingly insignificant, the least they can do is have items in stock and prepared for their customers to enjoy their meal, even if it takes a few extra seconds to cut the lemons.

Every time I order through uber eats, they don't verify who's picking up our order and end our order ends up getting stolen or not being delivered. This is the second time.

I came in for dinner recently and had a disappointing experience. Portions were smaller than at just about any other Chipotle I've been to, they were out of certain ingredients, the chicken was cold and tasted like a wet napkin. The only part of my meal that I enjoyed was the organic lemonade but that wasn't worth the $20 I paid.I contacted Chipotle via the official site and after a few tries, they made it right.
