New customer review: Of three quotes requested for a first-time commercial policyholder, CIF was the only one to listen/read my request and accurately match my Business Type and Industry. As a result, their quote was slightly (~5%) under other quotes; it was them actually taking the time to read and understand my request, however, that won them my business.

CIF recently helped me, and my wife enroll in an excellent Rx plan. They are diligent in finding the right plan based on your actual prescription usage. In addition, they helped my son-in-law and family enroll in a health insurance plan through Covered California. They are experts in navigating through this complex program. I plan to place my homeowner's and auto insurance policies including a renter's policy through them when they come up for renewal! Excellent customer service!!

Just turned 65 and got a bit overwhelmed with the medicare options available to me. Don and Kristen were able to present a clear path for my situation. Now, I'm all set and they were able to provide my wife coverage and reduce the premium also. Highly recommend. Communications are timely and explanation of process is spot on.

I can't thank Kristen enough for her assistance with getting me new PPO health insurance after a qualifying life event I had this year ( divorce). Looking for insurance on my own was stressful and extremely confusing. She sent me options that were very clear and even explained what the coverage meant as well as plan deductibles etc. After I chose a plan she applied on my behalf and had to follow up with the insurance company several times a week just to get me signed up as soon as possible. Her communication and response time was fast and I appreciated that since I was about to lose coverage with my old insurance. It was hard to find an insurance finder company that I could trust ( SOOO many options out there). This place is the real deal and took a ton of stress out of finding health insurance for me. I would highly recommend them!

I was in need of an insurance agent that could help me find a low price. The quotes I received before finding CIF were sky high. That’s when I got lucky and found Eileen here at CIF.From the beginning she was patient, nice, and most of importantly very knowledgeable. She found me a great deal with Mercury and has been my agent for the past 2 years. She would respond immediately anytime I would call with a question or need help with my policy. Eileen is very professional. She quickly helped me to get a reasonable quote for my home insurance and able to get it to my mortgager on the same day in a matter of couple hours. I reviewed the proposal, signed docs online then exchange some emails and 1 phone call with Eileen then done. I cannot ask for better service than that. I never write reviews because I always feel they are biased but I just tried to call and get an insurance quote for our business and they were very unprofessional. I called their listed number and the rep who answered the phone confused me by saying insurance finder, I clarified with him that this was CIF Insurance and he said yes it was. I said great, and I started to explain that my company is looking for a quote on a new commercial package ($200k+ package) and before I could say anything else, he said to me, we are not interested and then just hung up the phone on me without saying anything else. If he gave some sort of simple explanation like we are too busy, we are no longer doing commercial policies I would have totally understood, but to just hang up and not say anything else was so unprofessional I had to leave a review.

We had an abrupt need to change our homeowners insurance. I called CIF and had the pleasure of working with Eileen. She was so responsive, knowledgeable and so patient in addressing my concerns. I was so stressed by the very limited time we had to secure insurance. Eileen was so fantastic in turning this around and making sure we were cared for. Her Exceptional customer service and her expertise made all the difference. Most impressive and I would certainly recommend CIF.

Bridget is the best! I can’t begin to tell you how hard she worked on my health insurance policy. There was a huge problem with my plan and I almost got cancelled. Thankfully Bridget being a superhero swoop in and save the day! It took about 1 month of her persistently calling my health care provider and getting them to realize their mistake. As an added bonus she got my premium on the same policy at a lower rate! I am so grateful for CIF and Bridget. I don’t know what I would have done without them. Thanks again!
