We had a great experience with Coast Computer! Called them, and Tom and Annette jumped right in to help us figure out the issue and the potential repair cost. They gave straightforward info and awesome service, all at a really good price. Definitely recommending to family and friends!

When they found out I knew exactly what needed to be repaired, they wouldn't take the job. I was too high maintenance. Can't over charge someone that knows what needs to be fixed.P.S. The owners response to my post is a bold face lie. I told him I tested both monitors and they worked correctly. I told him exactly how I had the monitors hooked up and I also expressed to him that there was no reason for me to bring my monitors in for "testing" when I had already vetted that both monitors were functioning properly. I think he's used to dealing with people who don't know anything about computers. To suggest I was being rude, has now downgraded this to a one star review. My question: Why do I need to bring in both my monitors when I have already checked them and they are both fully functional? If that's me being "rude" then all I can say is you took a simple question far too personally.

Spoke to Annette over the phone, gave her a rundown on the common issue of BSoD, she laughed with a sincerity about the importance of the issue, as in she was completely knowledgeable about it. That gave me a great sense of customer service and trust. Tom and Annette were very welcoming and attentive to me upon arrival. Very fair with their pricing. I do advise to completely be honest and upfront with issues beforehand. I’m confident their services will render my Desktop anew and I’m sure they’ll give you the same results.Update 8-28-2023 - picked up my HP Omen Desktop. I had a great conversation with Tom. He provided a thorough breakdown of services which were also described on the invoice. Once home, it was as simple as plug and play. Quick boot up, no BSoD anymore! Thanks Coast Computer!!

Wow! Tom and Annette are the best. I need my computer to run well as I'm self-employed and rely on it the entire day. I woke up this morning to a really slow internet that made it basically inoperable. After consulting with Tom in the morning, he recommended their priority service, whereby if I brought it in immediately, he would work on it for a slightly higher price. I brought it in this afternoon and have it back and running better than ever at 4:00 pm. Tom and Annette are very professional; they asked a lot of questions about what the problems were and what we were trying to achieve. Tom called me a couple times at home to explain what he was doing. He cleaned-up Google Chrome extensions, replaced my ad blocker, and did a variety of other things that "massively" increased the speed (even better than before my problem). I can't say enought about my positive experience at Coast Computer; professional and pleasant service, exceeding my expectations, and very fast turnaround time. They are now my "go to" computer repair stop in Huntington Beach.

Walkéd in to get a quote and met 2 very sweet , friendly and kind couple that know their business! They were very welcoming and extremely helpful! I will be back with my other laptop to get repaired! I would recommend for everyone to take their computer or laptop there before anywhere else!

Awful! Beware, will overcharge you. I brought in 2 computers. Charged $85 for 1 to be told it hard drive crashed. 2nd I simply forgot password and asked for pictures to be put on external drive, charged an additional $226.00. Charged $311 for nothing! I also paid an additional $70 to rush because project was time sensitive. They wasted time I needed and didn’t help continued to charge me a total of $381. To move data from a working computer & working external drive onto a flash drive. My 12 year old nephew could have done what they did in 30 minutes. Very unhappy. Wanted to warn others.

I’ve only been here a couple times, but each time I come with an equally difficult and confusing problem with my desktop PC, Coast Computer is able to fix it. The advice and support they offer are incredibly appreciated and they’re one of the last few standing businesses where the customer matters most. 11/10!

I recently took my computer that was having some issues to Coast Computer. I was hesitant dropping my computer off kind of like dropping your car off at a mechanic and hoping that you're going to get the truth when you receive it back, but the owner, Tom (I think that was his name), and his wife were very easy to talk with and communicate with. Tom broke down the issue I had and gave me a few options on the repair. I would highly recommend the shop. I'm definitely going back if I have any issues with my computer in the future.
