Jorge Ruiz - Do not go to this representative, he doesn't know what he is doing. I had to come back to resign papers after handing him a check. In addition, he makes you open up a bank account without telling you what the banking fees are. Completely ill-informed illegitimate banker.

Our family took out a HELOC loan with Comerica and unfortunately they have not only shown themselves to be a small outfit with incompetence (left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, with bad customer support) but after they get your business they lack transparency about your various loan questions around your account. I also had them lock my interest rate, only to find out that they only locked what I had already took out and did not apply my locked rate for my Total approved loan amount. They basically partially locked my HELOC and put the majority of our loan into a high variable rate, without telling us. You might get an initial good rate with them, but what comes with their lack of transparency is not worth the problems.

Only offer personal loans up to $10,000. Would never consider using this bank for my banking needs. I am wanting to move from my current bank. I will never consider this bank.

If you deal with or invest in Comerica Bank consider this. I've had my Social Security funds stolen directly from my account for December 2021 and January 2022. The details stink on ice and they do NOT care. They just want to get you off the phone. They do a good job of that, BUT I'm still out two months incomplete social security funds. I'm Sharing this tonight and maybe tomorrow and the following days.

I went in to meet with someone regarding a case of fraud and the guy called corporate and then told me they would get in touch with me. Waited an entire day and still haven't heard from anyone. It's like they really don't care!

I have emailed so many people over this past month and a half CoAmerica has been my bank for probably 10 years I have multiple companies multiple offices throughout the state of California are use call Marica for my personal and for one of my businesses accounts during the pandemic crisis we needed our PPP. Set my CPA started filling out the information to get the PPP money and come to find out And CoAmerica Employee inputted my TIN number incorrectly when I open my bank account so during the process of trying to get my PPP money the numbers weren’t matching so I went into the branch first at Huntington Beach Center, Costa Mesa calling all Texas numbers for help because in the process of them having the wrong number and me trying to get them to fix it all my IRS payments for being pulled out and going to the wrong TIN Number. So it caused my state of California incorporation to be suspended and then they said they can’t fix anything until it’s not suspended so I called the California state paid more money to get it out of suspension so then I can print out all my bank statements with all my automatic withdraws to the IRS and state of California for them to reapply the money to the correct account. So instead of helping me and all the numbers and calling cause I’m very upset this point is I miss my PPP money I did not get it to help my employees or help myself and my company during this crisis you guys sent me a letter saying that my behavior in the bank was unacceptable you’re not close my business account so now I’m hiring an attorney to sue for fraud and CoAmerica. Nobody calls me back nobody helps me every number I tried to call the managers never called me back the lady who signed the letter that says that I have bad behavior gonna close my business account with my personal account can remain open OK I don’t get that part I guess my big money that’s in my personal account behaviors OK because my one small business account for payroll I want my other companies which is a social media company that controls yelp but nobody even checked your Yelp or any of your location reviews because nobody will even call me back there either. So when the court opens up my attorney will be the first in line to file a lawsuit a fraud you defrauded me from my chance of getting the PPP money and because you guys messed up on my 10 number you want to close my account to hide the mistakes that you made no you don’t do that to people you don’t hurt peoples livelihoods I was a very good customer and put a lot of money into the bank and for you to treat me like this and no customer service help me is ridiculous

Terrible service I would not recommend ANYONE banking here.Once this Covid-19 broke lose they became a mess. They did not work well with customers and their needs through these trying times. Terrible Terrible Terrible
