There aren't enough stars to give to Crank's. They are a small but mighty auto shop. They can handle any repair and they really value their customers. They don't try to upsell you and they do not pressure. I travel a greater distance than shops much closer to me because I trust them. They are now my go-to auto repair shop for everything. 5+ stars!

Great experience overall. Spoke with Alen and he told me to come in the next morning. His quote was around 30% less than what I was quoted for other places, he took the car and within a few hours, he called me to come pick it up. Work was done professionally and at a very fair price. Will definitely return for my future neds.

One of the biggest reasons I hated fixing my car was because of mechanics! They try to screw you over....until I met Alen. He was so nice and honest. I will forever come to his shop. He has a lifetime customer and I will have my family go there as well! I always get nervous going to shops but he made my car brand new again!

This place is so great! I was worried when my check engine light came on that it was something serious and expensive to fix. Alen explained everything to me and it ended up being something kind of serious but not so expensive to fix. He’s extremely fair and doesn’t overcharge. I was pleased with what I paid. It was a very different experience than I’ve had before at places. I highly recommend his shop. I’ll be doing my oil changes and maintenance here from now on.
