I instantly felt welcomed by all the coaches and athletes upon stepping foot inside the gym! The workouts are very hard and challenging. I cannot do the prescribed weights in the workouts; however Lee and Rob (coaches/owners) are accommodating about showing modifications and they prioritize safety over anything else. There's a huge sense of community which keeps me going back! I love that there are clean rags and spray bottles to wipe down our own equipment. The coaches even scrub the floor with a commercial scrubber every day.

The shorebreak community is a welcoming and amazing community to be a part of. I was always scared to try CrossFit until my now husband begged me to try it for an entire year and I’m so glad I finally did. I have grown so much in so many different ways. I’ve made so many friends and have become more comfortable in myself. I’ve done things I never knew I was capable of doing. Everyone at shorebreak, including the amazing coaches, are so welcoming, encouraging and pushes you to be better.

Great community!! I started here a year and a half ago and I’ve never stopped. I was new to CrossFit and the coaches were amazing and so helpful. Would highly recommend this gym.

The most friendly and community based gym I have been to. People are always happy to chat and help out. The trainers attentive to form and lookout for everyone during the class. I would highly recommend anyone in the area checking out Shorebreak.

Dropped in with another couple for a week and had an amazing time! We tried one other gym in the area and were so happy we switched to Shorebreak! The community, the coaching, the cleanliness & quality of the equipment was amazing! The community welcomed us instantly and the coaches motivated us to have a great workout. I cannot wait to go back to Shorebreak again soon! Thank you Coach Lee & Rob!

My girlfriend and I dropped in for a weekend trip and everyone was beyond nice/helpful. The coaches are awesome, and the community is the best I've experienced out of 50+ CrossFit gyms I've visited. Would 100% recommend for anyone living or visiting in the area!

I joined about 8 months ago having just moved to HB. I have never done CrossFit and was out of shape due to gyms being closed during the "pandemic." I can't speak highly enough of this place. The class sizes are kept small so each athlete gets adequate attention from the coach. Work outs are tough enough for the most seasoned athlete and can be modified for the least experienced athlete. The coaches themselves are athletic beasts! They are very knowledgeable and are very open to explaining the importance of each movement. This gym is very family friendly as well and is a great community. Everyone is welcoming and encouraging.

Wow-REALLY great place! Never in a million years did I think I would ever get into CrossFit, but I waltzed my way into it and now I'm addicted. For newbies, they provide great modifications and form tips! Other than the fitness itself, the sense of community is phenomenal. I highly recommend it to anyone at any level!

I started here (never having done CrossFit before) about 3 months ago and it’s been one of the best things I could’ve done for myself! I’ve lost 20 pounds since being here and my self confidence and self esteem has sky rocketed! I also knew the very first day that it was a great place to be because everyone introduced themselves to me and made me feel welcomed. Ever since, I’ve gotten to know many people and they’re a fantastic bunch to be around! The coaches Rob and Lee are absolutely wonderful and motivational, but hold you accountable to do things the right way. They can work with you to modify exercises you might not be able to do. Lee even ran with me during a workout (I am not remotely close to being a runner) to help me push harder and to keep going. The coaches are absolute rockstars and I haven’t regretted signing up with them since I’ve joined. I’m in it for the long haul! Thank you crossfit shore break for everything you’ve given me and continue to push me towards!
