It’s an average CVS, but it may or may not have distilled water when you get there (if you need it)When I went, they told me they hadn’t had distilled water in stock for at least the last three months

I cannot say enough good about this CVS pharmacy. The staff has been amazing. I switched from another CVS due to issues with one of their pharmacists.Not only is their staff stellar, they never have trouble with a prescription as it comes in (other CVS pharmacy often had to get dr to change dosage or the like due to their inventory). The pharmacists here are thoughtful, professional, helpful and knowledgeable.I’m incredibly grateful for having switched to this pharmacy

They are probably waiting for the lease to expire and they will shut this "baby" down.This CVS is major Dilapidated and OLD. They are not doing anything to fix it up.Customers have kind of abandoned it. I was checking the dates on the Ensure and this stuff is dated at least a year out and they were selling almost expired July 2023 bottles! This says to me--few are shopping here--you never see Ensure even close to an expiration date.I only came here because they had stock on an item that other CVS were sold out of--now I know why--thankfully expiration was at least 8 months away--not the best but okay. Plus there is no customer restroom here either.I did a pick-up and could not shop more here because I just could not hold it in anymore!PLUS: There is a new larger CVS directly across the street on Beach and Garfield next to Target that is so nice inside. I prefer that one.The employees here are so nice--nice helpful courteous guys here last night.Well, Nothing is forever...Transfer them to the CVS across the street so they are not out of work when you turn the lights off.

This CVS is small and never has the products I’m looking for…also whenever I shop here I feel like the employees are watching and following me as though I’m a thief…..if you are going to follow and watch people, please make it less well known

I want to write this review because I stoped by today to grab a few things for my trip tomorrow, and I was greeted by Danny he really impressed me cause he seems to enjoy his job. Rather Danny enjoys his job or not he was very helpful and I wish and can only hope that people can mirror this young man work ethic... Great job Danny! :)

No one knows what they're doing here and they're insanely slow. I tried picking up one prescription that they send was ready 3 days ago and the kid behind the rung the script incorrectly and then needed a mangers approval to override it. I was told the manager was at lunch (at 5:30pm) and to wait in the parking lot for 10mins and come back through the drive through. I waited for 15 mins and when I came back through I was told she wasn't done yet and to wait another 15 mins and come back through the drive through a 3rd time. Never in my life have I experienced such incompetence. I wasted 50 mins of my life after working at 10 hour day just to have to leave and go else where to get my script.

Typically we've received adequate service at this CVS location. Late Feb 6th was a totally different experience. We were waiting for 2 Rx's. 1 for me, 1 for my daughter. We were trying to reach the pharmacy to confirm they were both ready for pickup before driving to the store. Twice my daughter called and was put on hold. The 1st time for approx 45 minutes. The 2nd time, over 20 minutes. We gave up and my husband and I drove there around 7:00pm. There were NO customers in the store or pharmacy, and the 2 people in the pharmacy were not on the phone. They apparently were putting callers on hold so as not to be bothered! With so many CVS's permanently closing, you would think those women would be more concerned with exemplary customer service... especially with another CVS right across the street!! Apparently not!

Worse customer service ever! The pharmacist is unprofessional. My son has flu and ear infection, wait 5 hours, still not ready. No apology for delay, pharmacist blamed the system!

I had an 40% off one item in the app, plus 2 coupons that were just printed 20 minutes prior to getting here, when i picked up my prescription at another store. I drove this this store to buy Allegra with these discounts because the other cvs was out. When i went to pay, I had my choice of using 40%, or using coupons. I should have been able to use both. The cashier insisted the coupons were not on my account with the 40%, though i had the 3-foot-long receipt from picking up my prescription, showing it was me. The manager would not fix it either. She did offer for me to wait there for an hour, while she calls customer service. I left. I called the main line and they confirmed that I can use all of them together. I will not go back to this store.

Very friendly pharmacy. Made an appointment on line. Used the link when outside the store to confirm I was there. I was instructed to go in. Pharmacist who helped me was great! I was seen quickly for both the flu vaccine and Covid bivalent. Other than the 15 minute post-shot wait, I was in and out and went about my busy day.

Don't come here. I work in healthcare and CVS dispense the wrong order 89% of the time. Is either the wrong dose, the wrong med, even the wrong quantity. The short us all the time. They give you Less pills than prescribed. Even with controlled narcotics pills are missing from your doctor's. You have to spell it out to the pharmacist, word by word and if you can make a drawing with crayons. Maybe then they might fill a prescription. Triple check before leaving the pharmacy Or do yourself a favor and Go to Rite Aid.

So frustrating when you look up times that store, pharmacy is open and it says 8:00. So you go and signs on window say 9:00. CVS is huge. Maybe update real time store hours with Yelp!

Do not get your COVID test here! Untrustworthy lab said they "didn't have a label or specimen in container" that's complete BS even the nurse from CVS agreed and honestly she probably realized what a joke the system is that she works for (hopefully) ran by half thinking employees with lies and excuses to never even contact me that my test was even invalid in the first place!? I had to contact support and was on the phone for an hour with multiple helpless people just to find out, OOPS we lost ur test Have fun in Hawaii without you results! You gotta be kidding me. 0 stars for cvs and its affiliates and 0 stars for the USA

This pharmacy is an absolute mess. I waited 1 hour for my basic prescriptions for the tech to tell me my script was for the brand name and my insurance only covers generic and I should reach out to my doctor. I then asked why they didn’t reach out to clarify. It took them minutes to reach my doctor and clarify. Now I am on my second hour still waiting for my prescription. DO NOT COME HERE. These people are lazy, and doing the very least for the patient.
