I was looking for Cerave acne control cleanser and the cashier helps me out . Luckily, i got 40% off from the original price because i was a CVS member.She was nice and has good customer service. I will definitely come back next time whenever I need anything.

I asked Martin if I can use the restroom bcuz I can't hold it due a medical issue and he told me no in a disrespectful rude way. I told the manager and she sided w him a d told me if they let me use the restroom. They would have to allow the public to use it too. I told her that she is going against the American disability act and still we t with it. Hey

Absolutely! One of the best, stores in OC. I see and deeply appreciate how hard all , the attentive, respectful, kind professional employees work to make the day! , of all their guest. Joe was an outstanding employee who went above and beyond. He greeted me when I walked in. He was on the phone with a manager or someone else at CVS and paused his conversation to ask me what I needed help finding. Then, when checking out he offered a helping hand and was very kind. CVS is lucky to have Joe at this location.

Horrible service. I needed just 3 days worth of medication to get me through the weekend as my pharmacy was closed. Cindy the pharmacists from the get go was unhelpful and rude, getting loud on the phone telling they don't do that there and making me drive all the way to Anaheim, when I live a block away from CVS. After calling my doctor I found out it's really easy to fill rx in another pharmacy, I just don't understand why Cindy wouldn't help me. After my doctor called in the rx, Cindy still refused to fill it stating it was 10 mins to closing time, when I originally called it was an hour until closing time. She waited without refilling the rx just to deny me it. The next morning she had it ready. Why? Why did it have to be so difficult to get 3 days worth of my medication, why did she act like it was not possible?? Why does she have to be so rude and unprofessional...

The pharmacist said I can’t come in to get the prescription medication if I have COVID. ARE YOU SERIOUS? I was wearing a face mask and I just coughed once and got a thermometer while checking out so she thought I have COVID. plus if I have COIVD how am I supposed to get the medication? Then she said my medication is in the safe which was right in front of her but she couldn’t open it right now as she is leaving for lunch break. She said this after I came back an hour later to pick it up. Absolutely horrible pharmacist lady.
