CVS is one of the family’s favorite stores. Parking is great; easy in easy out of the lots. The employees are always cordial and helpful. The shelves are well stocked and the stores are clean.

Open late, close early, constantly can't give you your perspiration because their computers are down... And in the rare instance they pretend to do their jobs, they will only fill half the perception and ask you if you can can wait another week did your child's medication. They also can't do not than read the box in response to any questions. Also,they don't actually stock vaccines that they will let you make appointments for, so you show up to watch them run around confused, then blame you for making the appointment through their website. Totally incomplete, dangerously so!

If i could put a zero, i would. Constantly out of medications. I was Told to call other pharmacies to see if they had my medication there, only to be told they cannot give out that information due to regulations. Not sure if this guy "A***" at this pharmacy knows what he is doing?. I definitely need to switch out of CVS! I used to love this pharmacy but as of late, forget about it!

Very disappointed by the front clerk. He refused to answer any questions about COVID tests because he didn't believe in COVID. Wouldn't tell me if he had any in stock, wouldn't tell me where to find them. Eventually he said I could talk to his manager, who was perfectly nice and led me straight to where they had plenty in stock. I'm planning to avoid the store in the future.

Well most of my reviews are negative but this one is very positive!! I drive 20 min to get my son's seizure medication from this pharmacy. There's always issues with insurance and medication but both pharmacists have always made sure we had our medication or was able to get a discount that we didn't know about. They always call me back when they say they will and they're always honest with us. I have nothing but kind things to say about all of the staff here at this cvs pharmacy. I don't remember the older lady's name at the front of the pharmacy but she's a Gem! Kind, loving and willing to share some of her personal experiences when the lines are long and people are yapping.... Thank you to everyone here for above and beyond service

Went to Xpress Urgent Care in the same retail center who sent a prescription to this CVS. CVS claims they did not receive. I go back to Xpress - they said they sent it and to have CVS call them if there are any issues. I go back to this same CVS the next day, and tell me the same thing. I tell them to call Xpress. They ask me what their number is. What? You don't have their number?? They're so close - I can throw a rock to their space!! Then they make me wait forever to make the call and finally fill my prescription! Shouldn't be this hard. Will never go here again. Taking my business elsewhere.
