Since 2016, I've been a loyal customer at this pharmacy and was initially satisfied with their service. However, things took a downturn when a new pharmacist, Feby, and an unidentified Asian male joined the team. Their lack of management skills started affecting the service quality. This behavior seemed to rub off on the rest of the staff, resulting in disrespectful treatment of customers. I witnessed this behavior towards other customers and experienced it myself during my visits.Furthermore, the pharmacy's efficiency declined. Despite receiving voice messages stating my medication was ready, I often found it wasn't prepared when I arrived. Additionally, the pharmacy used to have continuous service during lunchtime, but they now close, returning at 1 PM. Unfortunately, they are consistently late in reopening, and even when they do, they request customers to wait an additional 5 minutes. The breaking point was when, on 09/26 around 12:30 PM, I received incomplete medication after waiting for 20 minutes. I had to endure another wait after paying to receive the missing items. The overall service has deteriorated significantly. While I prefer the convenience of this pharmacy's location, I am determined to address this poor service and will take necessary steps to do so.

Pharmacy needs additional staff. Our neighborhood has a general population of Seniors. Which quite a few do not have the stamina, patience or can stand & wait in lines. I have seen people while I waited in lines getting testy with the staff. I was their today 8/13/2023 4pm the people in line were wrapped around in to the main isle of CVS. Only 4 staff were working.

Super slow people run this place. Might be sloths. The only reason I think it is not run by a sloth, is because they are slower than one.

The following is only based for the customer service for the pharmacy dept. It's sad that after you asked politely someone could not be bothered. It was the second Friday that the home covid test kits had been made available to purchase or until sold-out. The man behind the counter proceeds to tell me "He had no idea if they had any!" Okay I go to the cashier. Only one cashier was available around 10ish am. She is politely helping a customer. After a few minutes of wait (no big deal) I finally got to asked her about the covid kits and guess what she said? "We sold out last Friday with in the first hour!" "wow" I was just d*** founded. So then my question to you reading this with authority. Why not post a sign? "Sold Out Sign?" Just common courtesy and no need to stress out the short staff/crew. Your cashier was lovely and it's not her fault that the man at the pharmacy could not be bothered. Okay maybe the dude at the pharmacy was not aware? Okay then maybe post a "Sold-Out" sign? TO prevent all miss understandings. Otherwise located with front row parking and a big clean store with lovely cashiers. Great to grab some items but not a fan of the pharmacy dept. just a dry square crowd. The lovely young blonde cashier made it a bit better with her honesty and politeness.

CVS is my favorite drugstore. I love that they have the carepass rewards that includes $10 off your bill every month, 20% off all CVS brand items, so it really saves a lot of $$$ every month. Because I've spent a certain amount i received a 32% off my entire purchase coupon this month!

This CVS Pharmacy is as bad as it gets. They don't do phones. Manager will tell you they are short staffed but this has been the case for five months. So excited to change my insurance. I recently went with my wife to pick up her Walgreens prescription. No lines of angry customer and a friendly staff, it was so easy I was confused.

This is by far the worst pharmacy. They never answer the phones. I have stood in line and had a worker tell me that they will not pick up the phones or disconnect them because they are too busy. What the heck?! How can you do that to customers. My husband has to go in every month in person (since they won't answer phones) to ask them to fill his prescription then in person again to pick up. This has been going on for 6 months and it's ridiculous.

The employees at this CVS need coaching from corporate on how to handle customers. Absolutely the worst. Consistently rude and just incompetent. I had a coupon that was valid. Because it wouldn't scan, the cashier told me to just come back another time. Excuse me? I bought items for the purposes of having a coupon. A different employee explained how to complete the transaction and accept the coupon. Next time I come in, female employee with glasses acts like removing items that I no longer want to buy at self checkout wax the end of the world. Acted very rude. I apologized many times but she refused to acknowledge it and just had a very bad attitude. There is a Walgreens across the street, so maybe you all should start acting a little nicer.

There is no option for less than one star! Without a doubt they are overworked and understaffed but I am so disappointed and angry I never, ever being able to come in and get a prescription filled on time or correctly.

I've used this pharmacy for many years but I the past 2 years I've experienced shocking errors. The first error was that they lost a new prescription that I had dropped off to be filled. They had to call my doctor to get a new prescription written for me. 5hen today I picked up a prescription and when I got home I realize that the actual medication isn't mine! The paperwork is mine but the medication in the bag that was stapled to the paperwork is a different medication! And it's for someone with a completely different name. Thus begs the question 8f they ever check that they're handing out the correct medication?!? I have called the pharmacy to let them know the error and have now been on hold for over 45 minutes with no answer. I've checked and the pharmacy is open but they won't answer their phone so that I can tell them of their error. This is downright dangerous. And who has my medication? If you do use this pharmacy you need to check if you're receiving the correct medication that was prescribed foryou and not someone else. I now have zero confidence in this pharmacy. I'll be transferring my perscptions right away.
