We've had the long time pleasure of being supported by Phoebi on our many visits to either the inside pharmacy department or the drive up window, she is always very polite, recognizes us on our visits, professional, and very helpful. We appreciate her along with each of the store members and have been very happy that they have come to appreciate all of them and their efforts to make sure we are able to purchase all of our medical needs there. Thanks for being in our community.

I've called 2xs. 1st, they just never answered. 2nd, she put the receiver down on the counter and I heard her being rude to one person and helping other patrons while I sat waiting on the counter I came to the reviews and well ill stick with Walgreens. The lesser evil of two trash establishments. The parking lot is super dirty too. Call the property manager already.

It's darn convenient. Was slow during Covid but now back to normal. Most of the workers are pleasant. One woman in the pharmacy is terrific

I showed up on a Friday night with my wife and baby during rush hour needing a last minute gift from the Kodak booth and Ernie and especially Shelby were so helpful and efficient and nice getting me out of there quickly with gifts in hand. Thank you!

The other day I lost one of the nose pads on my glasses and had to wear my backup pair. I was driving by and thought I might as well check to see if CVS sells nose pads. Fortunately, Kaclika in the Optical department offered to replace my nose pads and tighten all the screws on my glasses. She was so helpful! I appreciate her and all the staff at CVS!

It is always a wonderful feeling when you drive up to the window and a young lady named Phoebe is going to help you. Right away she greets you by name because she recognizes our voice. We love that and it is easier to find us in the computer whilst following the necessary protocols in place. So it was another stellar day for picking up our prescriptions at CVS. The missus had hers ready but one would require a wait. No problem and we will be right back. We went across the street to have a donut. As I am drinking my coffee I get notification that one of my RX is ready. Again as we drive up to the window we had super service and all of our combined prescriptions are now filled. A quick exchange of a CC and we were on our way. Thank you Phoebe for being at this CVS.

The pharmacy is atrocious. Extremely rude employees, very rude pharmacist who's condensing and is doesn't want to be bothered to assist at all, This location is always out of medications, they change the brand of medication without your approval, the phone is NEVER answered, I've watched it ring for over 30 minutes and everyone is just ignoring it, just save yourself the headache and go to the Westminster Mall location, they VERY friendly and will always answer the phone within 5 rings max. Leaving this location which doesn't even deserve one star to the the mall which deserves more than 5, don't waste your time at Goldenwest. They honestly couldn't care less.

Always messes up my dad's prescription medicine. The staff is SO. RUDE. So incredible rude. They always are missing something from our family's prescriptions or end up overdoing it and having too much - which WE have to end up paying for. They don't text you to tell if the prescription is ready, and even if it is ready; it takes HOURS HOURS HOURS to be ready. Staff is SO RUDE. Even the Vietnamese workers are rude to my Vietnamese mom. She doesn't fully understand english sometimes, and when I was with her for one pickup, the Vietnamese workers spoke so condescendingly to my mom. Because she didn't understand English that well. I was prepared to translate, but the staff immediately speaks lowly to my mom. Such poor service.

i was close by so i stppped to get my rx filled. staff super friendly and i'm glad my rx was under $20.

Horrible staff and lazy! This place is the worst of the worst. They take hours to fill a prescription and ate so rude about it.

This store does not answer phone calls when there is a prescription problem so one must show up at the store to resolve any issues. This is extremely inconvenient.

This place has deteriorated big time, in terms of quality of service. They've remodeled the place, and it looks great...but when they drop the ball continuously on filling your prescriptions, you really won't care. That nice, new carpeting can go to hell. I just want my prescriptions filled when they're promised.
