Deck Flex customer service is outstanding. We emailed them many questions and always had a reply the same day. We weren't sure any product could save our deck as the boards are very old with many deep splits. After two coats of Deck Flex our deck looks far better than we'd dared to hope. We are thrilled!

So far -- love the product and the service. 5 gal pail came damaged (no fault of theirs) and they sent me a whole new one at no charge. Have a very old deck in bad shape right on a lake and with just one coat (I plan to put 2nd one on) my deck feels like I'm walking on vinyl.

Been using their products for years. A bit pricey but the stuff works well. Do it right and you will have a deck that will last a lifetime.
